Avoid at all costs

If anyone is considering using Wanda Space, they should think twice. The customer service has been terrible from day one, and despite trying for over six months to get multiple issues resolved, none of them were ever fixed.Wanda Space claims to offer support for selling items, but they never provided any help with this. In fact, their bad reputation made it impossible for anything to be sold, as potential buyers thought the company was a scam. As a result, customers end up paying them for months with no progress.In December, there was an attempt to retrieve items, but Wanda Space claimed they couldn’t return them due to bankruptcy and legal issues, yet they continued charging for storage. When the items were finally returned, one of them was damaged.Despite numerous attempts, no manager ever reached out to resolve any of these issues.Wanda Space has proven to be a disaster. Anyone thinking of trusting them with their items should be aware that they may face the same frustrating experience, with lost money and poor service. This is a company to avoid.

Great in theory, but not in practice

Wanda offers a great service … in theory. In practice, however, it is a nightmare. The biggest issue is the pricing and all the hidden costs. While it was quite affordable to begin with, the pricing structure keeps changing and there are so many extra costs. I moved to a new location and had to pay extra monthly fees because my delivery address changed. I’m now trying to get one item delivered back from storage and it will cost over 1000 kr. The customer service is not very helpful and not flexible.I would avoid this company if you can. It sounds too good to be true, and it is. It’s such a shame because it’s a wonderful concept and has so much potential. I suspect it is only a matter of time before there will be legal challenges over the misleading pricing. I will personally be making an official complaint with Forbrukerrådet.The only positive is that the delivery people are great, very professional, and kind.

Bad experience from start to «finish»

Bad experience from start to «finish». They add extra costs for everything, and even when we payed for insurance and wrapping they refused to pay for an expensive mirror they broke stating «we shouldn’t store fragile things with them».They also broke a big table, three chairs and a drawer. In addition they didn’t deliver everything back and now they don’t respond to emails and just hang up the phone. Absolute worst customer service I’ve seen in years.
