Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs, even if you have to pay twice the amount elsewhere as you will NEVER get a claim processed in a timely manner. I have been calling for six weeks and have spoken with 6-8 different reps and their managers and I get nowhere. They always, always say they will call you back with a status in 1 or 2 days, and that call NEVER comes. My appliance was inspected and has a system failure that is not repairable. That being said they continue to leave the claim in the "pending" status. Just run away from any offer of their service as quickly as you can. I was finally able to process my claim after getting two managers involved, but even then I had to refuse to hang up when speaking with them as I knew I would not hear back. I would estimate 15 to 20 hours of trying to process a clear cut claim.
