I am writing this review to warn others about my experience with Website Development LLC. In my opinion, this company operates in a deceptive and misleading manner.From the beginning, the individuals who contacted me used multiple different names. The same person called himself “Eric Young,” then later “Thomas Dave,” and later “Kevin Johnson,” all with the exact same voice and tone. This alone raised serious concerns. They also refused to show their faces on any virtual meeting or webcam. Every meeting was audio-only, which is unusual for a legitimate U.S.-based company. Although they claim to operate from 8875 Hidden River Parkway, Suite 300, Tampa, Florida, their behavior makes it clear they are not located in the United States.Another major issue was the way they pressured me to pay extraordinary additional fees only two weeks after I signed the contract. None of these extra charges were explained upfront. I had already paid the original price of $2,000 for the website, and then they suddenly demanded much more money. This kind of last-minute pressure for unexpected additional payments is a classic red flag.When I requested a refund, they repeatedly promised it but never delivered. More than three months later, nothing has been returned. Instead, they kept asking for my personal bank account details for a wire transfer—information no customer should have to give to receive a refund. When I requested a refund by check, which any legitimate U.S. company can provide, they claimed their company “does not have checks.” After that, they stopped responding to calls and emails entirely.There has been no refund, no accountability, and no transparency. Based on my experience, this appears to be a scam operation using fake identities, fake U.S. addresses, audio-only calls, and unexpected payment demands to take money from customers.I am sharing this review to protect others. I strongly believe government agencies should investigate companies that hide their identity, pressure customers for additional payments, and fail to return funds.
I hired a company calling itself “Website Development LLC” and paid $700 for website development. They advertised a 100% money-back guarantee but never delivered a complete or functional website after almost a year.They told me they were located in Florida, but based on their working hours, communication style, accents, and the fact that all calls went directly to a Google Voice subscriber voicemail, it appeared they were actually operating from outside the United States. They refused every video call and never showed their faces.After I paid, they began demanding an unexpected extra $4,000 to finish the website, even though this was never disclosed upfront. Every time I contacted them, they repeated the same script: request $4,000 and ask for my bank account number and routing number so they could “wire” money. I refused to provide this information.When I requested a refund, they said they would return only $350 instead of the full $700, and they gave me specific dates when they claimed the refund would be processed. No refund has ever been issued, and the company is now unreachable.This has been my experience, and I am sharing it to help warn other consumers.

Ugh, I was hoping it wouldn't come to this. I ordered a website, which, from the beginning, I knew needed to cost more than their starting price, so I agreed to pay $2000 even tho Zayn showed me more complex sites built for $1500. The mocks they wanted to me to agree to were so far from the intention- I could not continue. Then I went to lovable- and mocked an example for them to follow- still terrible. So I asked for my refund as advertised. They asked me if Rick Sanchez could now help me... so I gave them another shot- still poor. So I requested a refund, and even lowered the refund amount as a good faith to their efforts. Those refund conversations, which I have all of them via email- started in early August... it's not late October- and now I'm getting no replies. Sad. Disheartening. Buyer Beware.

Being a small business with a small budget, it was becoming a challenge to find a web developer. We didn't want to go the freelance route with all the upfront work to find the right person, but also didn't need the full service of a high priced design agency. Further searching led us to Website Development LLC.It didn't take much to get started, and we were impressed with their initial layout ideas. Progressing from there, the site is quickly coming together. Our main contact is Emma Hale, and she as been outstanding. Excellent attention to detail, along with her accuracy and promptness, has made her a pleasure to work with. We are excited to see the final product.
