Amazing Customer Service
Process was easy and transparent, they explained everything start to finish and sent me home in an uber to Jersey City which they paid for! I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a seamless transaction and will be back in a year with my other car when its time to upgrade. Thanks!

Dissatisfied, not worth my time
I was given a quote for $ 1175.Knowing that I'm driving 2 hours to get to the dealership, I was reassured over the phone that the car would pay a minimum of $500.The dealer offering me $250 + wasting my time (me driving 2 hours, him explaining how their scamming process works + irrelevant comments + trying to shame me into writing him a good review on the spot).I was offered $200 higher by a junk yard that would pick up the car from in front of my house, bu I ended up settling for his $250 because I did not want to waste more time.I feel scammed and ashamed. The process is not transparent at all.
