I had a valuation yesterday. It’s an 11 year old car with FSH, below average mileage and 10 + months mot. Webuyanycar offered me less than half the initial ‘get you in’ £1600 price. I declined and said I’d look at other options. They’ve just sent me an email saying ‘we’re sorry you didn’t make it for your valuation appointment’. Cheek. Very unimpressed and in my experience, not to be recommended.
Just sold my car in Rochdale Morrisons to Michael who was absolutely brilliant. Very friendly, explained the whole process to me and left me with a good offer. Very pleased.

I had an appointment, they did test drive, and after checking the car they found small scratch, on a 11 year old car, they had offer £4000. But after checking my car, they said they can only pay £1500, I was totally annoyed, as I was about to leave, they offered £2000, I totally refused. And left, but he tried to stop me. I just lest. Then I advertised on Auto trader, within 4 days I sold my car for £3900

Well testing them was the idea, after the the company where we were buying a new motorcar did not give us a good price for a trade in. An agent came to our house, after driving and taking photos etc he made us an offer. Ending up getting nearly R20 000 more by selling my trade in to them. Sign a few papers, he made a few calls and the outstanding balance was paid and the rest was paid into our bank account. Less than an hour, and he drove of with the vehicle, transaction done, quick and professionally. We were smiling all the way. Thank you for the quick and professional service
I am just writing this as a note that WeBuyCars.COM does not sell cars nor charge to pick them up as some of these reviews seems to indicate. Most of the reviews on this site pertain to a dealership not WeBuyCars. WeBuyCars.COM is a remote service that you call to sell your car hassle free with also being paid on the spot. They do not sell cars. Thanks.
I would NOT recommend using this company. They are so keen to buy any car because they offer peanuts for it. They want to rip you off so they make as much money as possible. They also charge you £79 for admin fees. Absolute bloody cheek.😡 I would highly recommend selling it privately, that way you get a proper price for it.

they gave evaluation for GBP4000 and for minor scratches and normal wear and tear reduced the price to GBP2000.even the guy was evaluating the car he knows I would say NOOO
Very disappointing deducted £ 550 from valuation for non-existent scratches. When challenged the representative claimed that the auctions were awash with cars so he couldn't do any better. I don't see how that is relevant when you have provided a valuation.Main dealer offered over £800 more and confirmed vehicle was in excellent condition. A complete waste of time if you are looking to sell your car get an alternative quote first and bare in mind the admin charges when making comparisons.
Sold my car as I wanted to upgrade. Got a good price for my old car.
My daughter was charged £24.75 to get the payment for the car for the next day but it took 4 days to pay her for the car with this charge added and despite promises from the lady in Banbury to refund the £24.75, we still haven't received this amount. I have emailed and phoned customer services but received a standard email which was not at all helpful. Very disappointed with a national company whose TV adverts gloss over problems like these.
My experience with WeBuyCars.com was great!. Made the call and someone was there to see my car within 10 min. I got more money for my car than I anticipated which was nice. Doing the paper work and the actual exchange was easy and quick. Jason Friday was very professional, kind, friendly and very informative with the whole process. Quick and easy process. Henry made it so smooth. He put the Calm in the Storm. He make you feel like you've known each other for awhile.
