The worst customer service, I have experienced in my life.
The quality of plants delivered is bad, not even similar to the photos on the website and started dying after only a week of delivery.
Since we didn't receive what was advertised, I have been chasing their "customer service" for a replacement with different plants. It took them nearly 10 days to replace, after 100000 calls, messages and emails. Moreover, the replacement plants were cheaper than the original bought, and of course there is no refund for the difference.
Extremely unprofessional behavior, zero customer service and a borderline fraudulent company.

I ordered a plant with a pot on 1st Feb. the order was not delivered until now. I reached out to ask for a refund and they don’t offer one and promised to deliver . So far in 1 week they didn’t and are ignoring my emails / calls. Lost c 250 aed

Bad quality , scammed
Definitely the worst customer experience and they deceive and lie relentlessly. I’m having to go to consumer court just to take them to task. Had ordered a Thai bougainvillea bush and they completely sent a different colour and then after repeated requests to take it back and replace it with the colour on website they have lied to me . Everyday I call and they either say “delivery driver is on the way” but he never comes . I feel harassed and deceived and lost 400 aed. And two other Areca palm I recieved in very poor state with mould (which they said is “normal” and the pots bursting and torn . The plants turned yellow in 3 days flat . A company I can recommend is Growhub.ae. Fabulous service , great quality plants which are sent in protective casing with a water drip. And what you see on website is what you get .

Bought 3 plants(air purifier bundle)
Bought 3 plants(air purifier bundle) , selected colour of the pot plans and when delivered, not only was 2 of the pot plants not the size advertised nor the colour of the pot plants was correct.
I tried alerting them as soon as they arrived, the ignored me until date. I asked for them to pick the flowers up and refund my money, no response. Tried calling, texting, WhatsApp, EVERYTHING, to no success. So dissappointed.

Terrible to deal with from purchase to arrival, couldn’t get confirmation of the delivery, they never even rang the door the day after they were supposed to delivery. One of the plants delivered is almost dead. I can’t upload a picture but hugely dissatisfied

THIS IS NOT A FAKE REVIEW. I AM A GENUINE CUSTOMER WHO PLACED AN ORDER ON 2ND FEB 2026. I had a terrible experience with this company after ordering two plants. Not only did my items not receive next-day delivery as stated in my email confirmation, but the condition of my fiddle leaf tree is entirely unacceptable. It looks completely different from the website, and many of the leaves have holes. I have tried every day to speak to a manager, but no one has ever called me back, even after multiple calls. I was only able to speak to a manager once; she said she would call back, but didn't. I have evidence of each time I have reached out (via WhatsApp messages) and photos of my plant's condition. This is absolutely unacceptable.

I already wrote a review about this company here on october 23 2025 regarding the bad experience i had with this company unfortunetly. The company representative replied here on october 30 2025 writing that my review from fake client and that i never bought the product from them. Unfortunately for me i am real client and i ordered plant from them on 22 october, i have whatsup correspondence and order details. I have the photos of the plant. The plant was delivered by their driver in the evening 23 october, kept near my door and driver texted me only when he left. When i came out and saw the condition of plant, i cotacted their driver and he told he already left. I was trying to post the review on their website which was not possible as review never appeared there. However the i managed to reach them next day and spoke with lady who told me that i need to send this plant on my own cost to another emirate and also she told that she cannot accept the refund since they have 24 hours reund policy or natural plants, by the way it was not even 24 hours since order was delivered. The plant of course got spoiled. The website of this company has only positive reviews. I tried several time to place my review there and it never posted. Also on instagram i left comments.

Ordered a plant which was delayed and not as described
Ordered a plant that said (same day delivery across UAE), however it took more than a week. They do not respond on email, and rarely on WhatsApp or calls and their solution is that they will get back to you as that doesn't happen. With regards to plant, it was supposed to be 3 plants per pot but received only 2, the plants were healthy. I would not buy from them again, best is to report them to consumer rights in Dubai if they did not return your money.

Misleading product, zero accountability, and incompetent customer service.
The plant delivered to me looks nothing like the photos advertised. What I received was of clearly inferior quality and completely different from what was shown at the time of purchase.
When I contacted the company for an exchange or refund, my messages were ignored. I also called and spoke to a staff member who was careless, unprofessional, and incompetent, and who promised that a supervisor would contact me. That never happened.
There has been no follow-up, no resolution, and no responsibility taken. Communication is simply ignored once payment is received.
This is a classic case of misleading advertising combined with extremely poor customer service. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect any support.
I strongly do not recommend this business.
