On Wednesday 25,02,26, around 3 or 4 PM I placed an order. I paid $50 for the ups express shipping. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday, it never came and got a notification that it will be delivered on Monday now. Should I be paying for express shipping at this point? I contacted him about this, and they're telling me that they will not reimburse and or do anything about it.
THEY RIPPED ME OFF FOR $168.00DO NOT ORDER from West Coast Cannabis! I ordered 4 bottles of ONE LIFE CBD TINCTURE MCT oil cbd tincture. They sent me rancid, expired ONE LIFE CBD grapeseed oil tincture instead. It tasted and smelled rotten. They admitted their error but refused to refund me, and said that I now could not return it either. I must throw it out now and loose $168.00 to these scumbags,and for doing nothing wrong other than ordering from them online. I am in my sixties, and need cbd oil to help with my extreme back pain.They obviously do not care about the well being or finances of their customers, they only want to get the money up front from you.You low lives, you should be ashamed!Very sketchy business practices, no customer service, no phone number even to reach them. They hide behind emails and leave us with no other options but to vent on social media in hopes of saving others from getting screwed over by them.They basically took my money, shipped me rancid product, and won't communicate with me further to resolve it. I consider it absolute THEFT. Karma will find you....I promise you.STAY FAR AWAY from West Coast Cannabis!!!
Ordered some weed from this site 4 oz out of 12 were not cured and I mean flushed all the garbage out of the plant like every professional grower does then when I smoke sizzlin weed from the chemicals they didn't want to flush out of the plant which is supposedly a quad of Peanut Butter Breath that isn't even half an A due to the chemicals that you inhale besides watch it make noises and sparks up the joint like a Christmas Tree. Happy Shopping strongly advise you check out Buyweed247 no joke best customer service and great products that you can return with 0 fight and I haven't returned or wanted to return any of their product as much as I been wanting to return the so called quad Peanut Butter Breath.

Ordered from WCC many times and never had an issue with their gummies. My bf uses them to go to bed and the last batch we ordered doesn’t work. He even quadruple the dose he usually takes and was up all night. We opened a second pack, same thing, up all night. The third pack we opened, the gummies are all fuzed together. We contacted them, they wanted a pic of us unpacking the parcel. Asked us to send any pictures we had, just to tell us that the gummies could experience melting during transit and that it was beyond their control. They offered to reimburse us $25, when we placed an order for $150. We won’t be ordering from the ever again.
I ordered a vape which became defective soon after. I contacted their support and they made me send a video of it not working. Fine. Sent it, then they kept trying to make me give up by asking me questions like when it was a dual vape and one side was working they asked "did you charge it?" I said yes, they said charge it again then asked me to send another video and more pictures. After about 20 frustrating back and forth they finally caved and gave me 50% of my money back. Use another online dispensary. There are so many that don't try and jerk you around.
The product was good the first couple of times and now it's garbage. Also took forever for my package to leave there warehouse.
They goofed and sent me the wrong order I contacted them, sent pictures and very quickly they contacted me and told me to just keep the product they goofed on and they gave me a credit for the product that I had ordered Now that’s what I call service
the service is unreliable,at 3 separate occasion i ordered from there service ,and the same thing happenned ,they say my package was shipped the give me a tracking number ,2 days later my package had not left there facility,i know because i contated post canada and they told me they did not have my package yet only the label was created ,i contacted west coast cannabis ,they told me the package at shipped wich was lie because my package was scanned by post canada a day laterDont use the service because they lie and are unthrustworty
Great product-the only place I shop. Shipping is a bit slow. Prices are great too! Plus you get free stuff. I’ve read a lot of reviews that people are missing product. I have NEVER had anything missing or a bad product. The edibles are fantastic. Why would you shop anywhere else? I don’t!
They are the Worst for getting packages out on time . It took them 4 days for mine to finally get to canada post

I have been with this company for years. In the beginning they were great. Now I am literally placing orders just in the hope that my previous missing items might be included.This has happened to me over 7 times now and when I contact the company they make ME feel like I need to prove myself and now have to film myself opening my package.Even IF I prove they have left items from my order I can never know if the problem will be corrected.It is madness. I am quite upset with them at this point.
