couldn't help it, bought another case about two weeks ago—it was on sale! fast shipping, got it in just 1 week, considering i'm overseas. i'll never get tired from using these cases 💘 wf girlie for life :)
These are my all time favorite cases!!They are so unique and stylish everyone asks me where I got them from. The designs have always been ahead of their time.Imagine I had 4 for my previous phone and now that I got a new one I’m starting my newest collection ❤️

terrible case had studs fall off after a few weeks was told someone would get back to me with refund and nothing. will open dispute with my bank. avoid
I have used their cases for over a decade and never had a problem until the iPhone 16 Pro Max cases. The cover of the visual intelligence button, and whole button itself has fallen off of my last two cases. Each one lasted 6 months. The first time I didn’t think much of it and just ordered a new one. The second time I realized it had to be an issue with the case design, and I contacted their customer service and was told my case was still under warranty and to send a video of the issue. After I did that, it has been complete silence for weeks. Their initial customer response is AI, it is almost impossible to get in contact with a human. Absolutely horrible they sell defective cases and will ignore people reaching out for support instead.
I placed an order for a phone case, but then had to get a new phone so I wanted to make an exchange. I ended up in the hospital for weeks and missed the exchange window, but they very kindly made an exception for me and let me exchange my case for the correct size! Everyone was so incredibly nice during the emails back and forth and helped me get what I needed to fit my phone! I got my correct size case in the mail and I love it so much! I’ll definitely be buying from them again in the future!! Exceptional customer service!!!!!

I ordered the fruit tart phone case back in November, however it got to January and I had never received it as it had gotten lost in mail. I contacted wildflower customer support and they had responded almost instantly, they were more than happy to help and sent me a replacement. I’ve now received and love it.
One of my camera bling lenses from Wildflower fell off. I contacted customer service regarding this since I recently purchases this item. Jackelin offered to replace the item and was very kind. I am very happy with my experience with Wildflower's customer service and will continue to support this business. I always appreciate when brands listen to buyer's concerns and offer solutions :)
Case broke rather easily, but phone was protected. Worse phone case I have ever had. Customer support at this company does not exist, by phone or email, simply no response by phone and emails will get a response but will not answer any question. One of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.
This company is a scam. Order at your own risk. I ordered a case 2 months ago and have yet to receive it. I requested a refund but have been repeatedly told they can’t issue a refund because the order has already shipped yet they are unable to provide me with any tracking info. You are unable to speak with anyone because the contact number for the company sends you straight to voicemail. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
Terrible customer service. Misrepresentation of case color and quality. Do not recommend. Based on my purchase and experience with the company I would think most reviews online are AI or bot generated.
I ordered a phone case that was 50 dollars which came with free shipping. Then the website offered a 15% discount which brought down the price which at the time I thought was great. This ended up making the order 90 dollars as free shipping is only for orders above 50 dollars….. I immediately emailed them to return it and they said it had already been shipped and there was nothing they could do. Very annoying system and they were not helpful. Not a great experience
I tried reaching out for an exchange atleast 4 times with little to no response my package has now been returned and I haven’t even gotten my money back or know if my exchange has been granted!! horrible customer service the online exchange portal wouldn’t even work. do not recommend
The quality was great until my most recent order. The fabric was not adhered to the case properly. Contacted customer service and was advised that it doesn’t meet their definition of a defective product. The aesthetics of the case is everything to me. Wont be purchasing again!
these cases have been trending for a while now and there was a lot of hype around these iphone cases at some point and I'll admit, some are cute ones. I like that they do collabs with influencers but as far as quality goes they are made very cheap. the inner lining (pattern) part of the case is just thin fabric. I do not do anything crazy or excessive with my phone, just day to day stuff but there is already mould on the inside of the case on the fabric after around a year of usage. the pattern is also off centre and for the price point I think there are better brands with higher quality products out there.
I ordered a case and phone charm from them and charm broke. I emailed them telling them about situation and this amazing person, Jackelin, from customer service, helped me immensely. Wildflower Cases replaced the phone charm and were extremely understanding and professional with their customer service. The products are definitely worth the price in my opinion and the customer service is even better. I love WF Cases! It’s honestly not talked about enough how reliable these cases are. I remember first seeing these on Pinterest YEARS ago, and I hopped on the trend just for the aesthetics and haven’t gone back. I’ve used their cases for 7 YEARS. I have had 2 phones, and now I just got a 17ProMax, and I obviously repurchased. I am a teenage girl. I am always doing something, always somewhere, and these cases ROCK for that reason. I have dropped my phone off a cliff, I’ve thrown it at a wall, and I am particularly clumsy so I am often just dropping it too be honest, and I have MINIMAL damage, and I give FULL credit to WF. They are sturdy, they are reliable and above all they are CUTE. I will never not use these, or this brand. Their accessories are also great quality. I’ve had the camera ring gems and they STUCK. I’ve had about 11 of their cases now and my phone has never once cracked. I obviously do have mini little scratches cause I am really aggressive with my phone but otherwise my phone is 10/10. I highly recommend!!
