I placed an order on April 25, 2024. I received a notice of shipping on April 26. I have not received my purchase. The email address they have for contact comes back as undeliverable. I'm out my money and the item.
I bought a family life-like toy otter from Wild Republic's Amazon store which was sent as a gift but was sent looked like a cartoon - nothing like the photo. Unfortunately, by the time I got a photo, it had been opened and played with. However, Wild Republic do not seem to give their Amazon customers a way to contact them and they have not responded to posts on X/Twitter.Anyway, very disappointing experience and will never buy anything from them again. Another 'ethical' company which is pretty liberal with its credentials but doesn't apply them to their customers.
Great experience with Wild Republic! Amazing quality in the stuffed animals, and love the eco-friendliness. Great to open.
