My experience was nearly perfect, but a discrepancy between the provided tracking number and the one on the package caused a delay. The package was temporarily lost as a result, which prevented a five-star rating.

Worst experience: terrible Customer Service
What a shit show. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had in my life. Paid $25 for 2-day shipping and they did not ship it until 5 days later. Then they tried to deliver it while I was out of town. Needless to say, I never got my wine. When I called them, I first spoke with one man who then transferred me to another man (the shipping coordinator) who proceeded to treat me like absolute shit. LOL I think he's working in the wrong field!!! (Pro tip: listen to your customers and try to solve their problem. Probably shouldn't yell at them.) Disgraceful.

I ordered 4 bottles of wine in…
I ordered 4 bottles of wine in December.Shipped by FedEx to a UPS store. Was not received by UPS store. Someone signed for the delivery. I have made no less than 10 calls to winedeals every time their response was we have filed a claim with the shipper. We will call you. Two and a half months later no refund no call back. Definitely would not order from them again.
