WireCare's customer service is Excellent!
WireCare's customer service is excellent!! They had the products I wanted, and at a very good price. One of the items that arrived was not the color I had ordered... I sent an email, they responded very quickly, figured out what happened, and sent the correct color immediately so it arrived the next day. Then followed up to make sure the replacement was the correct item!

Shipping cost
Shipping cost are not what you originally pay. Cause they ship always with ups you get an extra large charge when your shipment gets to the border. UPS is the the worst for extra chargers. Would be nice if we had the option to use FedEx or something else. I would have ordered else where if I would have known it was being shipped ups.

Great Selection of TechFlex
This is my first time ordering from WireCare. They have a great selection of TechFlex products available and happened to have the wire sheathing I’d like to try on audio interconnects. The ordering and payment processes were simple and straightforward, and shipping was quick, with each product individually bagged with a printout of the product name and length. I couldn’t ask for a better first impression. Thank you!

Wire care = Customer care
Thank you!Your help is truly appreciated.While I was feeling the stress of the shipper losing my order you knew exactly what to do and say to put me at ease.Some of those parts you rushed to me were used for an existing order. The rest got used on an "Urgent Machine Down" order that came in shortly after they arrived. Those parts being here really made a difference to a lot of people.

Perfect
I really like wire care…there is only one thing that bugs me. I bought their expensive Deustch crimping tool for $436 bucks and they charged me $8.99 for shipping. I feel like if you are gonna spend that kind of money shipping should be free. Most places I order from if you spend a $100 bucks or more you get free shipping. This is just my opinion, I love wire care and will continue to purchase through them.
