Bad quality, worse support
2 stars because the the price was decent for a package deal. That being said, 2 of the items I received were horrible quality, one already broken upon delivery. The customer support was not helpful, to put it nicely. Very short responses, long time between responses, required me to ship back damage items at my own expense which was almost half the cost, after leading me to believe it would be reimbursed. I would’ve rather dropped them off in person but they won’t allow it.I have not used the board or bindings yet and I’m hoping they are not similar quality, and this is not a case of you get what you pay for. In any case I will not be purchasing from this company again. Went out of my way to support a local business and I get shafted. Buyer beware!!

Happy feet make all the difference
For a decade I rode snowboard boots that were too long and too narrow. Thanks to Wiredsport that is no longer the case! My feet are happy.

I wish alot more people knew about this website and the knowledge they give on snowboard boot fitting! Just an absolute game changer, I was trying on boots 10mm above my mondo and didnt even consider the size I actually am now! Thanks heaps Wiredsport AAA+++

Great customer service via e-mail
Thanks for the great customer service that helped me with my snowboard boot problem. My feet are wide and I didn't know what to do. Thanks to email communication, they quickly advised me which boot would be the most suitable for me. Subsequently, they also helped me choose the right size snowboard and bindings.Once again, thank you very much. Response was fast and informations i recieved were very professional.I have no experience buying products from this shop. Therefore, I cannot judge the payment methods, the range of products or the delivery time. But as far as equipment advice goes, it's 5/5 for me. 100%!!!You won't find such professional assistance anywhere else.

Bad shipping and customer service
I ordered a wake board and binder package. They sent the order late; it was the wrong model, wrong color, wrong size.My attempts to remedy this problem through Amazon and the company directly failed. The company sent me a bunch of robot responses which didn't address the issue at all. They did pay for the wakeboard to be returned and gave me a credit back on my credit card. However, they did not pay for the shipping for the binders which arrived later. This is their mistake, they are supposed to pay. Instead I get a run around.Buy from a different seller.

Part of our order arrived
Part of our order arrived. Unfortunately, the other part never made it. Now, they claim I need to file a claim with USPS. Additionally, were too small and needed to returned out of my expense. They now claim they have yet to receive the bindings even though my tracking proves they did with the address they gave me. Lastly, they refuse to have a conversation over the phone. All I’ve been able to do is email and it ends up no where! How sad we could be out a few hundred.

Amazing Customer Service for Boot Sizing!
The Customer Service from Wiresport was great! After following their videos for boot sizing, I provided them with my measurements and they provided the correct size and boot recommendation. I ordered the boot they recommended and it fits amazing, even though it is a full size smaller than my old snowboard boots! Their knowledge and quick responses make doing business easy.

Shipping Problem
Apparently, they cannot ship to my shipping address because it is different from my billing address. The reason was the bank could not confirm my shipping address, which the bank should not be able to confirm. What’s the point of allowing different address for the billing and shipping if it doesn’t work out? Never met a problem like this before.
