Not sure this is a legit company. Tried to purchase a piece of furniture through SHOP app, but when I tried to call and talk with customer service, he did not address who he was and continuously hung up on me. Thank goodness my purchase didn't go through. No confidence in this one.
I wish I had not contacted this company. I sent money through CASHAPP and wired money to his bank account. The CASHAPP money was returned, but he still owes me $1,000 and continues to ignore my communication. My initial contact with the company was on 28 Nov 2025. Every time I contacted the individual via text or email, an excuse was given for the delay in completing the product. I forwarded a drawing of what I wanted, and minimal progress was made. He stated the product was completed and the shipment was completed, but USPS never received anything being shipped stateside. No pictures of the completed work were sent. Also, computer renderings were used instead of completed work. I asked on today 17 Feb 2026 if he was going to communicate, the reply was "No" and there has been no further contact. Is it a scam? I will let you decide. All I know is that you harvest whatever you plant.

Awful experience in dealing with this company. It’s a scam. Stay away. Can’t reach anyone over the phone. I purchased a night stand almost a month ago. Payment was only possible through PayPal. Unable to get any updates on the progress or shipping, nothing. Found 2 different phone numbers, no one answers when I call them. After calling, someone may send a message and string you along trying to buy more time and still not give you any straight answer. Filed the claim through PayPal. This company was recommended by ChatGPT,m based on great reviews which I am sure all bogus.

I recently bought a bathroom vanity from Woodairy, and I am genuinely pleased with the whole experience. The delivery was surprisingly fast my order arrived well before I expected. That gave a great first impression right away. When I unboxed the vanity, I could tell it’s made with care: the wood feels solid and premium, the finish is smooth, and the craftsmanship is excellent.Also, the customer service was really helpful. I had a few questions about sizing and installation before I ordered, and their support team responded quickly and clearly. So I'll definitely buy some more so Highly recommended.
