Completely devoid of scruples.
Contacted Jeff Marshall the owner who confirmed that these cabins were habitable. Turns out they are not. Started well, site visit made and promised start, completion dates and design agreed. Then the excuses started. initial delivery of building panels 3 weeks late but still another week before turned up to start. The flooring timbers turned out to be roofing tile baton, wholly inadequate. The flooring thin sterling board. I have a B&Q shed floor with more oomph. Build was continued apace till it became apparent that Jeff had completely forgotten the agreed design requirements so delay whilst this was rectified on the fly. Never completed the build roofing / doors / windows / insulation missing or inadequate. failed to turn up and lied that he was at his sister in laws deathbed when he was at a party. promised to return never did. In the end I had to sue - judge awarded in our favour hands down. Still no reparation or money back though as now dodging the court. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS FIRM gift of the gab but shody and only interested in the money. There is a facebook page in the company name with all the dissatisfied clients. You have been warned. I wish I had been.
