Customer service is terrible
Their customer service is terrible. Beaver Builder is malfunctioning and I really needed to update my website but they are no where to help.

It's great software und you can trust this team. BeaverBuilder is very solid software, no problems with updates (like sometimes with Elementor). The team is smart and always improving and innovating. And best of all: they are so friendly.

Support is solid - you can tell they care
I recently needed help from BB in displaying gps coordinates as a custom field (ACF) in a Beaver Themer layout which was for a custom post type created by a Gravity Form submission. Chat GPT gave me some inaccurate information - said there was a "Field" module in BB, which prompted me to open a ticket and inquire about it. Chat GPT also gave me some php code that allowed me to display the coordinates. Jamie from BB got back to me right away and said there is no such module. He also tested through various code and showed me how it can be displayed using the inherent features of BB/Themer shortcodes for ACF. I learned from this and appreciate the support. Thank you, Beaver Builder! I love your products!

I've never had a bad experience in many years of dealing with support at Beaver Builder. I only continue to build in wordpress becasue of Beaver Builder and the staff there.

How to install Beaver Builder Standard in WordPress
My problem was that I couldn't install Beaver Builder Standard in WordPress. Thanks to the team, it worked. It was about increasing the upload memory size in PHP, which is originally set to 1 mg.

Quick and effective

I really like working with Beaver…
I really like working with Beaver Builder. So much better than Gutenberg. I also was very impressed with Beaver Builder's support. Jamie helped me diagnose a problem with using ACF Blocks, and got it working smooth as butter!

Fast and totally dependable
BB and the Themer extension are rock solid, we never have any compatibility issues or bugs after running updates and our sites run fast for users, even on shared hosting. Support is excellent too - just got a reply and implemented fix within a couple of hours for something that was actually being caused by a code typo in another part of a site. There's no other builder package of this type we'd consider using instead.

Use it on every site
I've been using BB for years, the customer support is great, the product is great, whats not to love.If theres ever an issues such as a plugin conflict or anything then they are super fast to help and reply to messages.I do not see myself changing to anything else anytime soon

The BEST! My favorite Wordpress Software - I use it everyday
I absolutely love Beaver Builder. I use Beaver Builder + Themer + Beaver Theme for almost every project. I love the simplicity and have fun it is to build out projects. The support has always been great and I appreciate their vibe output. Their software is easy to use and I appreciate the stable slower releases vs messy overkill of many other options out there.

Quick solution directly in the backend
Today I had a specific issue that could not be resolved using the standard settings in BeaverBuilder. I wrote a support ticket and within a few hours I not only received an answer, but also the solution, implemented directly in the backend. Great service. Thank you very much.

I appreciate how responsive and helpful BB support is. They have always replied to my ticket support requests within 24 hours. They are helpful and spot-on. BB theme is one of the top themes around and easy to use. I especially like the Themer plugin that lets me build modules for my customers to drag and drop onto a page and then easily modify. This is important to have so clients can feel comfortable building onto a delivered site

Ive actually wanted to give this review for years.It's easy to be a critic, and I could find some critiques about BB, just like I can every page builder I've used (they all frustrate me to some degree), but one thing NOBODY can say about Beaver Builder is that it's customer service is poor. It is suprising how good. Hands-down better than Elementor, Breakdance, Gutenberg (a given), or Divi (can't speak for others)

Beaver Builder was the right choice
Beaver Builder has been a great choice for a page builder. I use their prebuilt templates for many different options. Plus, their support team is awesome and super helpful.
