I have ordered the same product from Wunderbrow previously and have always received it promptly. The problem is with the EVRI delivery but by opting to ask for an alternative delivery option i.e. ParcelShop then I don't need to worry that I won't be in when it's delivered to my home address.
I ordered 2 x Blonde eyebrow gels on 26th June. Evri didn't deliver them, so not wunderbrow's fault. However, I made several calls and emails to them before a person rang me back. They promised to send 2 more out to me. The delivery was prompt and the order stated 2 x blonde eyebrow gels, BUT ONLY 1 IN THE BOX. How could they get it so wrong.Not impressed. Have order for years but not happy and will look elsewhere in the future.
I purchased the wunderlift 60 second wrinkle reducer. It is absolutely rubbish. Hardly covers, does not lighten. Does not firm at all and cloggs up...made me look older than ever. Terrible product. Very disappointed. On the positive you can send it back and get a full refund.
Love it, once again I ordered products delivery is super fast,ordered Saturday, Monday had my order. Love the packaging very luxurious and fantastic product quality. Very happy customer xxx

Absolutely LOVE the selection of products that WUNDERBROW offer. The eyebrow gel is a game changer for more defined brows - whilst still looking natural. Highly recommend.
My 1st time ordering a selection of Wunderbrow products. Too early to critique as I haven't used them yet. However I can say that the customer service was brilliant. My powder compact arrived smashed & they gave me a refund within 24 hours. Very impressed...

i can honestly say their customer service is 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️so fair and very kind too as i explained that the mascaras i ordered the wand was too small as pictures don’t show it on website and few days later i got full refund also i shoujd have got a free cheek blush but it wasn’t there so i contacted them … they asked what colour and i got it into days !! totally 💯 recommend them just amazing 🤩
The volume mascara is complete is rubbish it has no volume whatsoever Ihave used cheaper brands that are better than this. Tried to email but their email address is not valid.
delivery is delayed. it was promised to be sent within 3-5 working days, today is the 5th day, but the package has not started moving
Total waist of money. It DOES smudge and does not show on your water line. Save your money
First order was advertised with 10% off but there was nowhere to apply the code when completing my order. I placed my order, and after seeing the order having been completed without giving my bank details, I immediately emailed this company.MORE ALARMING was that I did not get to choose my method of payment (and was going to choose PayPal) however, I WAS NOT GIVEN A CHOICE OF HOW I WOULD LIKE TO PAY AND THE PAYMENT WAS AUTOMATICALLY TAKEN FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT, WITHOUT MY AUTHIRISATION!!!I asked in my email, how the payment could be taken directly from my current account when I HAD NOT given them my bank details!!! I have not had a reply.PLEASE BE VERY SUSPICIOUS OF THIS COMPANY.N.B. I have just seen that an email stating a 10% off refund of £2.50 has, at 0129 this morning, (27th October), been refunded. The more important issue of them being able to take money directly from my bank account without me giving my bank details and permission, has not been addressed and is a cause for concern
I used Wunderbrow satisfactorily for years but for my last purchase, I received the wrong color. I called customer service to reorder the correct color and alert them that I would return the wrong product. When I finally reached a customer service person she hung up when I told her the issue. This happened repeatedly. BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL when ordering. The customer service is TERRIBLE.
At first I was very pleased with my WUNDERBROW Gel stick and service. Did the job nicely colouring my brows as I like them. Nice and easy. After third use I felt clumps of hair on my eyebrows and to my horror I realised my hairs were coming out in clumps and sort of dissolved in my hands as I touched them. Even took the top surface off of a mole I have placed on my brows. Please be careful of this. I will not be buying again. Could be a scam.
I loved this product I'm surprised by the negatives. I bought auburn brow gel and its perfect. The lipstick and pencil go on lovely and pleased with colour. I'll be converting from bare minerals to this in future. Keeping an eye on offers at the moment.
I do like wunderbrow a lot. But bit of a con because the brush only reached so far down the container and about 3cm of product is wasted!!
This is a bad product. I bought mine because my eyebrows were very thin. By the time I took it off my eyebrows had nearly disappeared. I was disappointed as it's a waste of money.
If you have no eyebrows you have to be an expert to make it work. Ok, I made it work, however, the tube of gel dries out in a few weeks.
Not for use on thin fine eyebrows. It doesn't go on well, it doesn't look natural and it doesn't come off easily either. So disappointed.
