I ordered candleholders and had trouble with the delivery thru Fed-Ex. 100candles personally called me because my order was going to go back. He called Fed Ex and i got my order. I was surprised they cared enough to reach out. I will definitly do business with them again.
My wedding is getting close and my florist recommend a certain led light and candles100 had the exact light I needed for our votives and so i placed an order which it got shipped out immediately but it never arrived! So i called customer service and Rafi helped me out and called FedEx for me to check the problem. Long story short. Rafi knew i needed them this week and right away went and made a new order for me and delivered the item. What true great service! Little things are big things for those who have so many things going on at once. Thank you so much Candles100 and Rafi.
I purchased some candles and my card was declined due to all my bills coming in at the same time. Rafi, who helped me on this, was so patient and I told him information is correct and to run it again one more time. Needless to say, 3rd try was a charm. He even sent me an email to acknowledge that my card went thru and made sure I received the shipment and happy with it.
I have loved these guys in the past. We use a lot of tapers, and their premium taper candles are top notch. I order them by the gross, and am a long time customer. Unfortunately, I had a shipment arrive in December that had clearly been dropped, and at least a dozen of the candles were damaged. I carefully removed all 144 candles from the box, photographed the damage, and sent them images and requested either replacement candles or a refund for the damaged ones. After several emails and a month of no response, I called them, and was told that they were negotiating with FedX for the damage. Another month has gone by, I have sent another email, and still no reply. This is no way to treat your customers.
I’ve purchased twice already and have been happy both times. You can’t beat the price and they are practically smokeless. I bought a case of the 15 hour votives and tested them. If you put them in the right holder, you get every minute. This is the only place I’ll buy candles!By the way, I called to get an update on my shipment and was surprised that, not only did they answer, they were beyond my expectations!

I was informed when an item was back ordered and given options. Then when my items were ready for shipping, I was again informed. Everything was wrapped well! The prices are reasonable, quality excellent. Customer service is a huge plus. I will order from 100 Candles again!!
100candles is an awesome company to do business with! I have NEVER seen better customer service from an online retailer. Our wedding was just a few weeks away when we realized that the LED lights we had ordered from another company were the wrong color!!! I was a bit frantic due to the fact that hurricane Florence was heading our way and I knew that delivery times might be effected. I expressed this concern to the fine folks at 100candles and they had the lights to me within days!!!! They even sent me extra batteries!
Excellent professional company to work with. The candles are of superior quality. They arrived very quickly and are packaged so well to ensure they are in perfect condition. Even contained white gloves to put on prior to handling the candles. They made a customer for life! So many styles, colors and sizes to choose from.
I put in a order 4 days ago and received them today. I could not be happier with the quality and price. Will certainly be ordering from them soon!
I couldn't have been happier with the products from 100candles. I made centerpieces with the submersible LED lights and crystals for my boyfriend's 50th birthday, and received so many compliments!And to top it off, Rafi was extremely generous and made sure I had enough of the crystals to complete the project.Thank you, 100candles!

Ordered a couple sets of micro LED 400nm ultraviolet black light string lights to use in a plastic model I was building. The model contains glow-in-the-dark panels, and these UV lights really make my model shine. Ordering was easy to do on their website, and the lights were packaged well and were shipped very quickly. I plan to order from them again.

I looked everywhere for large round candles for the holders I have and I was lucky to find them at 100candles. They arrived quickly and fit perfectly. They have burned nicely so far. They worked with me because they had some minor bumps so they gave me a nice discount. The blemishes are hardly noticeable and are towards the back. The prices were excellent to start with too! I recommend this company highly.
I've ordered here a few times, as they always seem to have an item that I can't always find elsewhere. I had a very very small issue this last order. it was the first time that I've had a light from them not work properly, out of dozens. I emailed and got a personal phone call which was very helpful & friendly and easy to understand- like a business should be. Issue taken care of in less than 3 minutes. Will definitely continue ordering from them. Also, they tend to send extra gift batteries and/or lights, which is very nice:)
Hi my name is Chris and I wanted to tell you that I accidentally stumbled across this site while looking for survival candles and I was kinda trying to buy the candles as cheap as I could so the ones I bought caught my eye at the price of like 30 cents each. When I ordered these, no offense to you at all, but I didnt expect much as far as quality goes, cause lets be honest 33 cents doesnt get us very much today in Merica. So anyways i got the candles and opened the box and was expecting a few to be broken since I got 240 8 inch candles in one case, which would have been fine and expected, the world isnt perfect, but not one was broken and it was packed with extreme care and extra bubbles and it all came in one piece. Burned a couple candles and I absolutely love them. For 33 cents a candle and free shipping with all that bubble wrap I must say I am very impressed and very satisfied with your products and your price does not reflect the quality of your products. Just wanted to say thank you for being one of the last few honest and fair priced quality distributors out there.
