Bought 3M earcups.

I bought 3M earcups, and they really make the world around me quiet. The build quality is good as well.

Trash products

Trash products. I bought the ear protection the orange ones and they just don't go inside the ear as they should, leaving a gap that allows for a lot of noise to come through. I tried buying a second package and it still did the same. No quality control whatsoever. Years ago it was better, now it's trash products.

Wouldn’t even give a one but no 0. The product didn’t even work then told me can do on brick even though doesn’t say on packaging. They just deferred blame back to me. Would never recommend or buy any of there products again

terrible company

terrible company, but couple different products made by them. They both failed and didn’t work and when I wrote to the corporation, they didn’t want to do anything about it. Don’t know what happened to 3M over the years, but they really went downhill. I would not recommend them.

Crappy products and terrible customer service with product specialist.

I bought 20 3 inch by 21 inch belt sander sandpaper. Every one of them separated at the glue seem within minutes of being on the sander. I called 3M customer service and talk to a product specialist. And they would not stand behind their product at all and tried blaming it on the store for selling outdated product. Don't buy 3M products! Crappy products and terrible customer service!

Asked for advice on their products, a simple question: Which face-mask is suitable for chemical xy - they answered "how much do you want" - after that "whats your address". My simple question wasn't answered at all. Neither do they even write their name, so you do not even know which person responded. Such a bad service!

Recent manufacturing complaint... WTF!!!The 3M 2inch Blue Original must be made in mexico or china, if curls up against my hand every time I tear a piece off for masking... It did not use to be this way...I noticed that the tape is much thinner now, which explains why it curls up at every tear... You guys SUCK big time...

Sold and exported 10 MILLION+ units of N95 Masks to China in early 2019 before anybody knew anything about COVID, and said NOTHING. All institutional investors, retail investors, and company insiders should have thier holdings stripped, and US-based leadership. should be held for high treason. Yes, we remember.

Absolute Garbage!!!

Bought these as we rent and didnt want to leave any holes in the walls. About a year later I needed to remove one and went to pull the tab to remove it. It came off with paint and part of the wall!!!! After reading all the other reviews on here I am sure all the others I have used will do the same thing!!! IfI wanted a permanent attachment then I would have bought stuff MUCH cheaper and made my own!!! WILL NEVER BUY THESE AGAIN!!! Cannot believe they cost so much and yet fail to do the ONLY job they are MEANT to do!!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Why offer service you can't provide?

3M "provides" a service where they consult you on which of their product is more suitable for your needs. In reality, I filled the form with detailed description and pictures, chased up on Facebook multiple times and still haven't received an answer. It's been 2 months. Why even offer a service you won't provide?!

Scotch Brite 50 percent larger lint rollers

Had defective 6 large sticker lint rollers ; they are extremely great for use as I have a long haired cat. I contacted 3M directly. Customer service was very professional and the response was immediate. I received a box of new rolls and I am truly appreciative.

I have used 3m window insulation for… all my windows

I have used 3m window insulation for years last year and this year the tape is terrible. So disappointed. I rely on this product to save money and stay warm. Tape is crap.I literally but 8 boxes every year and spread the word. But no longer will I do this

Hi , I made and order for ear rings which I’m waiting for delivery it’s all paid fore . I have noticed from the same company have taken 39.47 . Disgrace , please don’t fall for this scam , I’m in touch with my bank and police are investigating fraud. Shame on you people you are a disgrace and I will shut you people down .

If I could give you a ZERO I would. 5 different tape products and not one will hold a simple picture that is not framed ( because your crappy products didn't hold it) on a wall. I just used 3 products together, it fell off in 20 minutes. All of your tape and hanging products are crap . crap!!!!

Jeg har henvend mig skriftlig 4-5 gang over de sidst 4-6 uge. og 3M ønsker ikke at svare vedr. defekt 3M WorkTunes. Defekt består i at det ikke muligt at oplade 3M WorkTunes Connect 90543EC1, da USB stikke er falde af, efter 3 opladning. WorkTunes er købet via Amazone.de. Amazone.de henviser til 3M når der er mangler ved produkt. Jeg er skuffer over, at man vil sælge, men ikke stå til ansvar for de produkter man sælger. Nu står jeg med et produkt, som jeg ikke har kunne bruge efter hensigt i de sidst 6 uge. og bruger en masse tid på det. Jeg er ikke imponeret! mvh MortenI have been contacted in writing 4-5 times over the last 4-6 weeks. and 3M does not wish to respond regarding defective 3M WorkTunes. The defect is that it is not possible to charge the 3M WorkTunes Connect 90543EC1, as the USB plug has fallen off after 3 charges. WorkTunes was purchased via Amazone.de. Amazone.de refers to 3M when there are product defects. I am disappointed that 3M will sell, but not be responsible for the products they sell. Now I am left with a product that I have not been able to use as intended for the last 6 weeks. and spend a lot of time on it. I am not impressed! etc. Morten

Worst experience ever in this 3M store

Worst experience ever in this 3M store, 100 feet road, Hyderabad, India. Let me tell you a cycle repair vendor who repairs puncher has provided me better customer service than this store. Store Manager ( Mr. Ravi) was the worst person ever. I went to the store for exterior and interior car cleaning. Store Manager had no technical knowledge. All he was blabbering was it is 3M , we will do the job. Next day when I went , there is nothing which was cleaned I believe only effort they made was to create bill of Rs 9000. When I complained, he started shouting back at me. I mean it seems like I am talking to a road side gangster. Thanks to his other colleague who intervened and managed the situation otherwise , worst worst experience. 😑. Don't get into business if you can't train your franchise and managers on technical knowhow and customer interaction.
