A1 roofing
I had issues with my guttering leaking, the builder told me I had to have the whole wooden facia removed and a new pvc facia installed. I agreed because he told me the wooden facia was rotten.The roofers actually attached the new pvc to the old wooden facia saying that the wooden facia had swelled due to heavy rain and had now been screwed with longer screws. I was charged £800 for this work and when I repeatedly asked for a breakdown of costs, materials and labour I was ignored over and over again. I would like receive an explanation from A1 roofing as to why they couldn't just fix new guttering to the (now fixed wooden facia) as per the builders on site, and not sell me a fancy new facia and charge me £800 for something I didn't need in the first place!
