Terrible Donegal experience.
Today, we, two pensioners, drove the 40kms into Donegal Town to have lunch in the Abbey Hotel Donegal Market House restaurant and then go food shopping.We were treated so badly by the teenaged floor staff, not the hot counter lady, with ignorant indifference, at one point watching other pensioners being treated similarly, particularly by a blonde teenaged girl, that we demanded our pre-paid money back - which was a fight to get - and left so upset we went straight back home unable to face going shopping. I've never seen pensioners treated so badly. And in Ireland too!
