Extremely intuitive website, easy to use, everything always works perfectly. I've only been posting for a couple months but I'm very happy with the whole process and experience.
So easy to use. Robust analytics. Tools that help the whole podcast process from upload to marketing.
Completely satisfied with ACAST. I've been trying to start a podcast for more than I can remember, and since launching my culture and arts news podcast (G-Culture Noticias) it's all a breeze. With Acast you upload your audio and immediately its uploaded to all major platforms (Spotify, Amazon Music, iHeartRadio, Apple Podcast, and many more... after some configuration but can be done in a couple of hours for no expert, just followin Acast's guidelines).I'm still no podcast legend but in a little bit more than 2 months I've got more than 500 plays from 12 different countries (you can follow up on listeners and episode ranking, and more stats in a very clean and simple way). Hope I can keep on growing and I am still aiming on taking advantage of it's revenue system, but that can be done hopefully the near future. Until now, Acast is doing a great job!
I have a small pod. I release 4 pods every year and have appr. 120 listners. But it gets bigger. An index for small pods would be great.
Acast has unfortunately become one of the worst platforms for podcasters when it comes to being paid and the customer service. This is now the second time I’ve had issues getting paid. I completely understand that mistakes or technical problems can happen, that’s not the issue. The problem is the lack of communication from Acast’s support team.Whenever I try to reach out via chat or email (both customer service and finance), I’m simply ignored. On one occasion, I waited over three weeks for a reply. This time, I still haven’t received ANY response at all.Basic customer service should mean acknowledging someone's message, confirming that the case is being looked into, and providing an update, but Acast does none of that.I’ve been with Acast for three years, and I’m genuinely disappointed to see how much their creator support has declined. It used to be great, but since the past year, it’s become way worse. Please pay my invoice and reply to my emails or messages.
"We can't help you advertise because we don't accept music..."My content wasn't music.
Absolutely everything abut this interaction has been beneficial. Thats something you dont get to say very often when working with an online product. Support with out needing to ferret out information. Excellent options and guidance. I'm not a reviewer type and steer away from the option most times its presente. I cant compare it to anything else but I have no hesitation in recommending Acast.
Everything works as it should.
They fired their only employee in Denmark (where we are based) and cut of the ads - no explanation or information. And now they don't want to release our RSS-feed.This is a very unstable company it seems.
With ACAST, I've found a highly favorable environment for producing and distributing my podcasts. Its ease of use and distribution among major distributors make this tool a valuable asset at an attractive price.
Acast has failed to pay me for the podcasts on two different occasions. Each time it has been for several months, and they wont contact you if they have issues paying you! When you do finally realize and contact their finance department its always well over one week before they get back to you and even longer before you get the money they owe you! Tread carefully as I have heard several complaints over this same issue
For the last few months, I have been having several issues with Acast not paying overdue invoices and not responding to emails. They also changed what was required on invoices multiple times to further delay, and I when I reach out via email, I am ignored.I have also tried multiple times to reach out to a human via live chat, but no one seems to ever respond. Please pay me the overdue revenue that has been outstanding for more than 6 months now, and please actually respond to one of the MULTIPLE emails I have sent you requesting an update.
Acast has been wonderful in getting our podcast Bang! 101 Songs About Nuclear War from the 1980s out to the world. The process is simple, the output quality is excellent and has really built us up as a new podcast.
An amazing platform for podcasters. It gives me the minute by minute, episode by episode analytics I need to see what’s working and what’s not. I particularly love the feature that lets me see what location people at tuning in from. Seeing people listening from all over the world is an amazing feeling. Acast allows me to schedule episodes in advance and delivers to every streaming platform. I get so much out of using Acast, it has helped ‘Horror at the Milk bar’ grow exponentially since I began using their service. Absolutely recommend for any level of podcaster 🙏
I was looking for an easy to learn and handle way to publish my first podcast. Acast was the tool that was recommended by multiple podcasters I know and so I went for it. We are now close to releasing Episode 3 and I can not say a negative thing so far.
Good . Easy to use . And is free. Maybe needs to be more vibrant!!
I used a different provider before switching to Acast. The switch was well worth it. This is a simple interface, straightforward interactive service, with useful insights. I appreciate the ease of distribution and the ability to build more shows in the same membership option. Thank you!
