Quoted me a price of 300.00, halfway through the job the technician informed me that it was 475.00. Long story short 75.00 to show up 100.00 labor, 475.00 total. To me out the door means total price, Make sure you know for sure what the total price is. Brett did an excellent job installing the springs can't say the same for the management. Check around.
They put the garage door in in the first place. Then when it stopped working a few years later they came out and said someone spliced the wires because they were too short and they didnt put the screw caps on the wires. So they put screw caps on and charged us $175 for screw caps. Then 2 days later it stopped working again they came out and replaced the same wire with a longer wire and charged us.again $175 for coming. If its the same problem why am.I being charged a second time for you half fixing it. They should.have replaced the short wire in the first place. Actually they should have done it right from the beginning. We will be using a different company in the future. They have recieved my last $175 to repair something they did wrong in the beginning.
Overpriced! They use high pressure & scare tactics to try and sell me on repairs I didn't need. AVOID!
