Purchased a acer chromebook
Purchased a acer chromebook, with six months of purchase the chromebook failed and needed repair, Acer repair the chromebook took about 3-4weeks, six months later product failed again same issue, acer once again repaired the product took about 3-4 weeks , one year and 12days later product has failed again same issue, contacted acer and was told i'm out of warranty on the chromebook and the repair, ponited out that i'm with in days of the repair warranty and expiration date could they help considering i didn't have it for alomost two months due to reapir. The answer was a firm NO. Beware of acer .

Acer = Bad
“Acer” is a suitable replacement for “bad”. Their computers are worthless. Their customer service is even worse. I’d like to say they should do something else than computers, something simple, like fruit juice for example. But, even that is dangerous as their incompetence is beyond compare. They might kill somebody.
