Do They Actually Exist?
I ordered a product on November 1, 2010, it was charged to my credit card on November 2, 2010, and I have yet to receive the order. After writing countless e-mails and leaving several messages, I have yet to encounter an actual person there who can help me with this problem. UPDATE!! Actually, a very nice Customer Rep. named Margaret called me back!! It seemed like she would be taking care of the problem... we'll see!
