Being attacked by a racist white woman and alcazar took no responsibility
I am an Asian woman (Taiwan) and on October 14, 2024, around 4 PM, I was verbally and physically assaulted by an old English tourist (around 60 years old, short, blue t-shirt)at the Alcazar. The woman approached me, whispering insults such as “you're a b*tch” and “stupid”, as well as kicking me and moving my belongings without permission. I tried to ignore her, but she continued to harass me, so I shouted “Racist! Racist!” to call for help from the public. She not only committed a hate crime, she moving and touching my bag is possibly stealing and makes her a thief.The security guards witnessed the incident, but did not act properly immediately. Instead of arresting the aggressor, they held me, the victim. It might be a possibility that spanish security guards are racist as well so they let the real eauropean criminal get away and catch the asian victim.A blonde female security guard irresponsibly sent me to the exit to call the police on my own, and the receptionist helped me instead. I waited there until the police arrived, wasting valuable time in total 2 hours due to the incompetence of the guards, who let the aggressor escape.The police apologized for the guards' lack of action and the poor recording of the security cameras. I spent two hours with the police standing at the exit,trying to locate the aggressor without success. I demand a formal apology and better training for security guards. The whole incident was unacceptable, ridiculous and it shows the security guards are completely incompetent.
