Rude customer service and entitled attitude, very unprofessional. I called the wrong number for what I wanted and the customer service almost yelled at me. I will change companies.
This insurance company is a straight scam. I dont know how they are allowed to operate in the united states. Everyone who works for this company are incompetent frauds. They will purposely drag out your claims to pay the bare minimum. If you get into an accident with any of their customers i strongly suggest you get a lawyer and sue. There will be no other way you can get money from them. If you dont believe me google their company review. They have terrible customer service. You have been warned.
