I am still awaiting the appointment…
I am still awaiting the appointment with the doctor who may be able to word a document to ensure I didn’t waste $240 on top of >$1000 in tickets to ensure that the tickets would be insured if my condition deteriorated before/on the date. Conversations with customer service did not go well despite their calm demeanor. Obviously if I’m receiving this survey without a corresponding direct deposit, my future purchase predictions would be abysmal. Thank you.

Having to unfortunately cancel out…
Having to unfortunately cancel out plans due to my husband being hospitalized, I was grateful I had insurance for our tickets to the ballet. The company quickly refunded the cost of the tickets. I always buy the insurance through Allianz but this was the 1st time I had to use it ..thank you for your quick & efficient service!

Still not reimbursed
We submitted a claim a month ago for less than $250 and still have heard nothing. Our claim is absolutely covered under this policy, but we have not received payment or any communication in weeks.

Eagles concert
We had tickets to see the Eagles at the Sphere in Vegas. Hours before leaving to board an airplane for Vegas we were forced to cancel our plans due to a major ice storm affecting the entire East coast. We were quickly 100% reimbursed for our tickets. Very satisfied.

I appreciate it that I was reimbursed as requested but when completing the online form and explanation, the space was extremely limited and I could not fully explain the circumstances (which I found odd). More space for explaining the circumstances would be welcomed.

Honor the point of flight insurance!
My flight was delayed multiple times and it may have been cancelled altogether, but I couldn’t wait any longer to find another flight and another carrier and then rent a car to drive another 200 plus miles to get me home in time for chemotherapy. They only reimbursed me $200 for all my inconveniences. What’s the point of getting the insurance if you can’t honor all the issues.
