Absolute rubbish firm, i bought from them 2 x Avon Mark - Fixing Powder Magic HD 9g, They took about 6 weeks to get to me after i had been informed it was coming from Poland. When it did arrive it was not the white powder i was expecting but a banana coloured one. Emailed them and week ago and still waiting for a response which i know i will not get. Fake cheap rubbish items from a useless firm

alter perfumes is a very responsable and serious store.i never reseived something in bad conditiones or fake.maybe you are a seller and want to take from alter their clients.next time try to be more kind and dont ofend the people like this.i brought from alter more thn 10 perfumes.all of the were originals good wrapped and received on time.please .................dont lie

Bought Carolina Herrera Good Girl Fatale Perfume advertised as a tester. This was a limited edition version that wasn't widely available so I was willing to purchase a tester version, which I have before for other perfumes. Testers are identical to the original perfumes, but often say tester somewhere on the bottle.The perfume arrived but unfortunately it was fake - and obviously fake. Luckily I have 6 other limited edition Good Girl perfumes in this range to compare to and this was different in many aspects to the other 6:The smell was so far off! It was a joke-Perfume was the wrong colout-The colour of the gold leg was wrong-The finishing on the bottom of the leg was unfinished poor quality-The angle of the leg was wrong compared to the others-Glue seeping out-Sticker on the bottom, instead of engraved details-symbol poor quality and wrong size-Incorrect packaging and colourI did eventually find a brand new perfume in this range which doesn't have any of these issuesWhen I pointed this out to the seller using paypal resolution. I got a message agreeing to refund saying "sorry your not happy with your perfume" No mention of "sorry we sent you a fake and tried to defraud you of money"
