I haven’t done business with Nic but I took a tour of his shop he is a very knowledgeable and determined individual I immediately liked his style I was given some free samples ect. Before leaving When I need bike parts I know where I’ll be going and recommend you do the same

Ordered what my be the last frame bolts…

I have only ridden the bike a short distance but thus far, beginning with my phone call to your company the quality of the service has been excellent. I am not yet in a good position to evaluate the quality of the product yet as I have only used it a short time, but it came highly recommended by a trusted relative.

Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer.
Shipping was quicker than expected, as quick as it would have been pre-COVID. The bike got here in great condition, nothing missing from the box. There was one error that was corrected quickly, within an hour of a phone call. Company has a personal touch even if you're an internet customer.
