Great windows, poor installation service
The experience leading up to the completion of the installation was positive. The windows themselves are great. Unfortunately, the installation left us with a punch list of about a dozen items that we shared that needed attention. No argument on the punch list from Apex or their installer during the walk-through. However, at the time of writing, it's been over two months since the installation, and we have not been able to get the installation sub back to attend to the items, which range from minor to significant issues. Also, one of the largest and most prominent panes at the front of the house arrived cracked that and has been filled with moisture since installation, giving the front windows an awful look. I understand this can happen, but it's unfortunate that it's such a prominent pane, and we were told it would likely be over eight weeks before a replacement is available. We're still waiting.
