I placed an order in August for a chandelier and 2 pendant lights. They arrived to my Naples home and one of the pendants was damaged. I promptly notified them. We wanted to get a new one sent asap so they had me purchase another one and said when the new one arrives to put the damaged one in that box and return to them. Once returned they would issue me the credit on my card. Weeks went by. I reached out and sent copy of Federal Express receipt of shipping return. It is now almost December and still no refund. You call their number and get an automated voice that doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone and simply disconnects you. I emailed them again today but my guess is I will hear nothing. After this I am going to my local tv station who has a program that exposes horrible companies such as this, then to my state Attorney General to file a complaint afterwards to the BBB to file a complaint. I will not stand for being taken advantage of. HEED WARNING….DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY
