I placed an order in August for a…

I placed an order in August for a chandelier and 2 pendant lights. They arrived to my Naples home and one of the pendants was damaged. I promptly notified them. We wanted to get a new one sent asap so they had me purchase another one and said when the new one arrives to put the damaged one in that box and return to them. Once returned they would issue me the credit on my card. Weeks went by. I reached out and sent copy of Federal Express receipt of shipping return. It is now almost December and still no refund. You call their number and get an automated voice that doesn’t allow you to speak to anyone and simply disconnects you. I emailed them again today but my guess is I will hear nothing. After this I am going to my local tv station who has a program that exposes horrible companies such as this, then to my state Attorney General to file a complaint afterwards to the BBB to file a complaint. I will not stand for being taken advantage of. HEED WARNING….DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH A COMPANY

Poor customer service

Our designer selected a beautiful fixture for our home and we paid top dollar (well into 4 figures) and were happy with the product. Less than 3 years later the lighting module inside the fixture stopped working and we've been told there are no replacement parts available. They offered to sell us the same fixture at full price! We will never by any of their products again.

Terrible Customer Service

We've loved the design of Arteriors pieces in the past, but we have received terrible customer service in recent years. They do not honor their warranties and do not help replace defective or damaged items. If you order a piece and receive it broken, good luck getting a replacement. I'm frustrated that I can't trust this brand to provide quality pieces for my clients anymore, and that I'm not able to receive the service I'd appreciate and expect from any furnishings brand.

NEVER AGAIN

NEVER AGAIN! Be prepared for terrible service if anything is defective. I purchased a gorgeous and expensive Arteriors bar cabinet thru Light Trends. It arrived reeking of diesel fuel and had moisture and ice inside. The moisture "wept" for hours. Learned their free delivery amounts to letting it side outside until they can dump it at your door. Sent photos of moisture/ice and a replacement is coming but we have to repackage and deliver it 6 floors and the replacement is just getting dumped. Same delivery company as the first time. Go figure. A luxury furniture company should not operate this way. Arteriors or Light Trends just pass the buck so that the customer loses.
