Keep not dispatching my subscription and have to email to chase, 3 times it has happened and I keep running out through no fault of my own, if it happens again will look for alternative product which would be a shame as it’s pretty good stuff.

Shipping times to Italy are currently extremely long. In my case, it took almost exactly one month, with multiple notifications from the courier stating that the delivery would arrive “today.” This happened on four different days before the product finally arrived.
The product itself is marvellous - I have definitely experienced an improvement in my general health (zero days missed from work with 'cold/flu' for 18 months!). I'd love to see a reward system for frequent subscribers.

I really like the product and I’ve been using it consistently for almost three years. It genuinely makes a difference in my daily routine — I honestly can’t go a day without it.That said, I do wish AG1 did more to recognize long-term customers. After nearly three years as a loyal client, I would love to see some form of loyalty reward, such as exclusive discounts, coupons, or updated kits. The price has remained the same over time, and I haven’t received any kind of renewal or upgrade as a long-term customer.Additionally, there were a few delivery delays — including one significant delay where I was left without the product — and I didn’t receive any compensation or acknowledgment for that inconvenience.Overall, I truly value the product and plan to continue using it, but I believe recognizing customer loyalty and handling delays more proactively would make the experience even better.
AG1 doesn’t taste great and made my stomach feel awful. I was getting stomach cramps shortly after finishing it and constantly feeling like I had diarrhea. When I stopped using it, my stomach started feeling a lot better and bms became more consistent. With that being said, I had the exact opposite experience from what AG1 claims. I did not notice any improvement in energy or focus. My experience was I paid $75 for something that made my day miserable.
They deliver a quality product every month. They resolved some initial shipment challenges. It now arrives on-time every month, without fuss.
AG1 is the perfect way to make sure you are getting all the vitamins and minerals each day in 1, easy to make drink. I feel I have more energy, I'm sleeping better and have improved gut health since starting my AG1 journey

The product it self seems good, but their shipping process is just terrible. Ordered february 11, today 24 and its still preparing, so its so disapointing and annoying even for a good product

AG1 Europe.Placed an order online on the website on 3 Feb 2026. To date have not received any correspondence on when order with be shipped. Have sent emails without any feedback. Worst customer service ever.
It became my morning routine very easily since August 2025. As I eat very healthy food in general, i don't really notice a difference with this new ingredient.I would prefer if the prize was cheaper though and if you could proove the organic origines.
I really enjoy AG1 greens. Such a simple but effective way to get my daily balance of nutrition. I add my Collagen and Creatine with a pinch of Himalayan salt to the bottle then give it a shake. I love it.
I’ve found the effects very positive, I feel more active an have better gut health.
