5 stars for the Customer Service, for time delivery and for the turntable AT Lp70xbt, it sound very well. Easy to change the stylo with other VMN95 for an upgrade.

Slow, broken support process
I ordered a microphone on 5th Feb, package arrived 11th Feb. To be honest, that's slow, but "acceptable". A few days to prepare the order and then send from the Netherlands to Germany is not quick.Unfortunately, the wrong product was in the package. Now the broken support process starts. I immediately sent an email to audio-technica with description and picture, as advised as a reply to the invoice mail. Got an automated response with case number. Two days later I called customer support, because I got no response. Yes, my email is there, a colleague will take care...A week later, still no response, I called again. This time, the ticket was not correctly assigned or whatever, they will take care now...Two business days later, I called again... Yes, they will take care...Yesterday, I go the info that they will ship a new microphone within the next few days from the Netherlands. I assume it will arrive about 4 weeks after my initial order.Audio-Technica, your German phone support team is friendly, but your support process/system is broken.
