Received headphones for 2018 Chrysler…
Received headphones for 2018 Chrysler Pacifica very promptly. Put batteries in and they worked without having to do any programming. Would recommend these in a hearbeat!

I bought a 06 GC SRT and it was missing…
I bought a 06 GC SRT and it was missing the remote and headphones for the DVD player and without them it was useless. Found this site and I was happy to find my missing items on here new and at a good price. They arrived fast but on of the headsets didn’t power up. They set me a replacement asap.

Received expired emergency tire repair kit.
Ordered an emergency tire repair kit for 2017 Ford CMax car. It came in a timely manner; however the expiration date on the hole-sealing epoxy in the kit expires in Sep 2020; according to owner's manual, if I use kit with expired sealant, tire warranty voided. So, I essentially wasted $70

Excellent customer service. We had found the original remote to our vehicle about a week after we had ordered a replacement through Audiovideo2go. Headphones worked perfectly.
New Yukon only came with two headsets- doesn’t work for three kids. Had to buy one more but couldn’t get any headphones to sync with my 2018 Yukon. Tried standard IR from Amazon, older headsets from my 2016 Yukon - nothing worked. These worked perfectly and were identical to the two that came from the dealer but at a much cheaper price point. Thank you!

Outstanding customer service
After purchasing a 2012 Lincoln MKX the DVD remotes were missing. I ordered one from AudioVideo2go. Upon receipt the remote didn’t work.. I contacted customer support and ran through several attempts to resolve the problem to no avail. Without question a replacement remote was expressed to me. After receiving it, it worked perfectly. I requested information on returning the first remote and was told that I was not expected to return it as I have already been inconvenienced enough. I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and commitment to putting the customer first.

2017 Chevy Suburban Headphones
Adam was so helpful when I was trying to find headphones for my 2017 Suburban. He explained the reason why the headphones from my old Suburban would not work in my new Suburban. He even sent me a link for the headphones to buy. What a great experience!!
