Excellent service from start to finish

Excellent service from start to finish. Great advice from Phil when ordering parts via the chat facility and speedy delivery. Even the very best companies will have problems at some time and for me the mark of a good company is how they deal with problems. On this occasion I had a problem with a part so I messaged the company to explain the situation. However, before I could get a reply from the chat my internet went down. When I did manage to log back in hours later, I was amazed that Phil had emailed me to get more information. He also had provided a phone number. When I phoned, I spoke with Ethan who was aware of my earlier call and dealt with my issue very professionally arranging a refund in this case. Just great team work on their part.

I bought online front and rear floor…

I bought online front and rear floor mats for my Audi A3. Delivery went smoothly. Unfortunately the front floor mats are not new and customer service did not agree after I emailed photos. The rear floor mats are new so the difference is evident.

Ordered a part for my RS3

Ordered a part for my RS3, months ago, it turned up, eventually, Q7 badge arrived, rung up, eventually got a free returns label, sent it back, nothing, ring up, again, oh we haven’t had it, finally find the tracking number, it had been delivered 10 days before my phone call, they said they’ll send out the correct part, 7 days later, nothing, ring up, AGAIN, oh it’s on the shelf I’ll next day it out to you ….4 days later, it turns up, open it, wrong part! Obviously I call again, no answer, now the number won’t connect, I’d be angry if it wasn’t so hilarious. You only deliver parts, and that seems an impossible task. I’d stick to something else.

Check mats fit despite website description!

Ordered front and rear all weather mats and a boot liner for my wife's new Audi A3 due to the competitive price. All items were listed as dispatched but the boot liner was initially missed off and did not arrive with the floor mats. After eventually getting through on the phone it was sent out and arrived next day.Unfortunately the mats do not fit the very latest A3 and on finally getting through to them again I was advised Audi recommend the mats for the MHEV for the new model. Partly my mistake as I never read the small print about ringing if you were unsure, a point quickly pointed out to me, but the website clearly states they are for A3 Sportback 2020+ so I didn't really see the need. The site obviously needs updating with reference the latest model requiring the MHEV mats. Unable to return them as I had removed the section you cut out.Clearly a partial mistake on my behalf but the answering of the phone by this company is poor and numerous attempts have to be made. I also tried the online chat on three occasions and it was never responded to despite the headline stating, "We reply immediately"?! I would not recommend this company.

Incredible customer service

Bonnet opening catch sheared off my Audi. They really are flimsy! I needed an urgent replacement. Customer services were really sympathetic and helpful One day later the correct part arrived at my house. I cannot praise them enough. So grateful

Needed to replace Audi A5 centre cap…

Needed to replace Audi A5 centre cap and local dealer was going to take couple of days to source. Found correct cap using product code on site, ordered and used online chat facility to see how quick part would arrive. Super impressed with both Phil and the service. Ordered PM on Wednesday and part arrived lunchtime following day. Thanks guys !

Ordered a brake light switch and it came used. Full of scratches and dents all around. It was definitely an used part. Even the box had 3 labels on it like it was already delivered to different people before me. Refunded but definitely not ordering from them anymore.

After a hiccup with the postal company in the first try a simple call and I had the goods the next day. Can't fault them for being so prompt with no drama and sorting the issue. Goods are what I expected so happy customer

Ordered some rubber matt’s for my Audi Q4 etron, arrived very promptly. The matt’s donot fit and a very poor quality. Tried APD by the phone number shown on there email confirmation of order . The number doesn’t work! tried emailing, no response as yet . Not impressed expected better from a company that is part of large group

Very un helpful I tried to return an item after 16 days and was told they could not as it was the company policy, when I mentioned to Phil it was his company and he could quite easily accept the return it was a definant no for no other reason apart from keeping the MONEY !!! Not a pleasant MAN !!!

Careless service

Item returned to sender due to insufficient documentation on their part, contacted them and they didn't care and didn't try to find out why it had been returned. I've asked them for a refund and they are now ignoring emails. So i was charged and never even recieved item. Terrible experience.

7 days to arrive and mislabeled

Part took 7 days to arrive although paid 4.95 postage. Part did not fit bracket as Audi changed the lever and bracket in 2009 although labeled for 2007-2014 with no warning that if car before 2009 may have different bracket. When mentioned to them they did not want to know. Purchased a new bracket from another vendor.
