I used the device to stop my dog from biting at my shoes and my ankles. He drew blood often and we had tried everything. I used the device on tracing mode and he stopped. It was amazing.
The device is bogus. We have a Border Collie and he hates skate boards and the little scooters kid ride. It made no impact what-so-ever on training my dog not to bark in these cases. The sound did not bother him at all. I also think their website is fraudulent has it does not confirm your initial order instead directing you back to the order page making you think your order did go through and charging you for an additional device. This is a total scam and I am ashamed I fell for it.
This piece of junk did not work from geico I would not buy another thing from this company.It is all junk it was a couple years ago I cannot remember the day but the item was garbage
I vascillated for a month before purchasing this junk. I finally paid $39.95 + shipping, a total of $47.75. Received on October 14th. I walk my dog 3-4 times a day. It doesn't work. It's a scam. I should have checked the reviews here and also the return policy. No returns. That tells you clearly that this company is a scam. I just disputed the charge with my credit card company. Im sure I will get a credit. Next step is the Attorney General of my state. Please don't buy this junk.

Barks no more device is cheap cheap! I contacted them requesting a refund as i told them it wasn’t working. Gave me a song and dance about training tips. I kept working with my dog. Then I found out battery was dead, bough another battery and still doesn’t work. This time when I connected company I requested a replacement device. Well at this point I was passed the return/refund window and they sent me their return/refund policy which says returns must be unused and unopened products. Really?!?Do not purchase from this company as they do not stand behind their products nor do they care that they scammed you! What a shame!
What a scam. They charge c.$40. Worth it if it stops the barking…Right?! Same device advertised by Walmart for $18. Item is flimsy. The iIncluded 9 volt battery expires after just a few clicks. Fresh replacement 9 volt works once. There is no recharging available. Not easy to check for sound since it’s supposed to be silent to our ears. But dog doesn’t respond at all after a few pushes of button. No refunds offered. Fraudulent vendor IMHO.

Total rip off. Does NOTHING to stop my dig barking! So angry with myself for falling for this scam. 😖😡
I ordered one of their products to help with my Service dogs training. They billed my card for two. Two separate transactions. I have called numerous times and have gotten no customer service just a run around. I politely asked for a refund prior to shipping. They instead offered us a credit to use at their store which I would rather eat weeds than accept the fraudulent manner they do business. I have notified the NYS department of consumer affairs, My CC company, BBB and a dozen other governmental offices. They should not be allowed to do business with people in this country. They are criminal scam artists. This would have been have been easily solved had they just fixed their mistake and issued a refund for the duplicate charge. They are thieves. They join the ranks of the dishonest scamming the public blind. If I find the unit I am using doesn't work my CC company guaranties me a refund through them as a full chargeback with penalties. STAY AWAY!!!
Does not work; didn't faze our two maltipoos, in have gotten louder and longer barking episodes. Email to info@barksnomore says someone will get back to you, never do. Want full refund. How dare you use military as spokes person to fool veterans.
What a scam. Their ad states 30 day money back guarantee. They offered 50% back less shipping because it had been opened. It had no affect on my dog whatsoever. I asked about the guarantee and am now being ignored. Total scam. Doesn't even deserve the one star. Save your money.
This product & company is a scam. Don't waste your money.1. Device does not work2. Cost displayed in Australian dollars but deducted from my account in USD (60% more expensive)3. The company set up an automatic recurring payment that I did not authorise. 4. If you email Customer support you get pretty much the same response but they never actually address the issue. 5. There is no way they will give you a refund if you're not satisfied (as promised in their advert). If you have opened the box it is considered to not be in the original packaging. If you try & return it you are up for shipping costs & an unspecified ,'processing' fee. The whole experience was terrible from the start. Customer service is appalling. Once they have your money they don't care. Device also hugely overpriced (apart from the conversion to USD) & if you really want one shop around..it's cheaper on other websites.
I did not want to give a star at all. The product did not work on my dog. If you open the package to see if it works, they told me I would only get 50 percent back. If you have a product not opened, then they will charge you a restocking charge I emailed n called several times. They do not answer the phone and when emailing they give you a run around on clearing the matter up so you do not get reimbursed. I still haven’t received my refund! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered 4 thinking I'd have them all within reach when my two dogs go crazy at the littlest sound. These devices do absolutely nothing. They don't phase them for one second. Don't waste your money. Also you can't return them once they have been used which is a terrible policy. How are you supposed to know if they are even effective unless you open it and use it.

The company would not respond to numerous emails regarding returning their product. Extremely poor customer service. Never deal with them as this company doesn't care about their customers. Incorrectly charged me $83.50 US for a product that I didn't order & would not let me return after many requests
This unit sucks! It is ineffective on both of my dogs. For what I paid for it, it wasn't worth it. I reset it, by removing the battery, and waited before I turned it on, and still no response from my pups. I demanded a full refund, and they said no because I used it. So, I would only get half of seventy dollars. Next I'm contacting the Better Business Bureau and Dept. Of Consumer protection. I gave them fair warning saying that I will eviscerate them with my review. They started a war that they couldn't win. I told them that I was going to post everywhere on social media websites. Next stop, "X".
This device is incredibly poorly made. It broke the first day I received it. And to make it worse, the company disputed my repeated request to have my money refunded. They would respond to my claim each time with the same computer generated, email, saying I had not done as requested, that I had not presented a picture of the broken device. WRONG, I sent them at least 4 pictures, to no avail. THEY SUCK.
