They deducted major amount from my deposit. Even Still they are not returning me rest of the amount.

DEPOSIT THIEVES
They are deposit thieves - they wanted to charge me for painting the whole room in which I lived for 1.5yrs (and I didn't damage any wall/ painting), cleaning muld off the window which cannot be fully opened and some fake "bed base" damage for a box that isn't even a bed! AVOID THEM AT ALL COST! Some of previous tenants also complained about not getting their deposit back! These are real thieves!

They charged me for mold and now I have…They charged me for mold and now I have contacted the council and council told me they can step in and help.We can not be charged for mold as we don't cause it and they will ask you to dry your clothes inside the room which cause a mold and sickness .I handed the address to the council and I have a case number as they holding my deposit for -mold and repaint.No one was in the flat for checking after leaving - scammers! They asked me to bring the key bag in a envelope through the letter box and they avoiding any contact pretending that they have a "sistema" to be followed... And in the end you get emails from the" deposit " team that you not gonna receive the deposit because of - mold ,broken staff or painting needed after you :d which is very rude.You better make videos when you deal whit them. Be aware of what they do as this is not the right way of managing a business.And do not engage whit the ACCOUNTANT.

Please AVOID this agency at all costs! They're scammers and will find so many excuses to not give the deposit back. The customer service is aweful! They put my name on the water bill, without my consent. Why would I want to be responsible for paying the water bill for 7 flatmates? Fixing stuff takes ages. They may say that weekly cleaning is provided but it's NOT. The condition of their rooms is very poor. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Avoid this agent
My advice is to avoid this agent. They likely offer properties in bad condition or advertise properties they do not offer. They may be linked to several expelled agents such as Citiside Properties and Flintons. Tenants had reported issues with their deposits. People such as Shani McTaggart and Houcine A. seem instrumental in enforcing these bad practices.

AVOID, THERE ARE OLD FLINTONS WHO SCAMMED SO MANY PEOPLE ACROSS LONDON !They just changed theyr name !I`m an ex tennant, if you care about your money...avoid these scam scums!

DONT SIGN TO THEM they are flintons…
DONT SIGN TO THEM they are flintons with a new name . I am a former tenant, I did the mistake to sign to flintons ,after a few months they gone bust and they took all the contracts to their new company BARRONS LONDON . I'm waiting 6 months for my deposit, they dont answer to the emails. I'll take them to the county court to claim my deposit back .

My advice is do not go in there. They may have a link to Flintons and Citiside Properties, which had several serious reports on them. It also seems from the reviews that the tenants that have signed with them may have various serious issues with the rooms.

Phoenix company of the illegal and dissolved Flintons. Expect the same scam operation of rushing tenants through viewings in order to lock them into unfavourable contracts in bad rooms.
