I ordered my band and it arrived quite quickly. Once received, I noticed lug size would not going to work. I contacted Felix who worked with me to the find the correct size. Felix was very easy to work with and very professional. He made very easy handling the request. I highly recommend these guys! The customer service was outstanding.
Ive been using Barton Watch Bands for a good number of years. They hold up phenomenally and fit correct. I have a bit of an odd duck with a 23mm band and they look great on my Citizen. The only thing better than the quality is the customer service. I sent an email on some new bands on Sunday, and by Monday evening I had a call from them (after a few great emails) that they had the band I was looking for and helped me out huge. Anyone reading this, sure you can grab the bands at various online retailers but this is a real place with ACTUAL people who you can speak to. And they are super nice and helpful. I cant reccomend Barton Watch Bands enough and I wouldnt settle for less. Dont cheap out on the thing that holds your expensive timepiece.
Poor experience with shipping. Had to pay twice as they dont cover full shipping but charge premium for it.
these are great bands for any type of watch! this will be my second order from them.
I ordered a strap and had it shipped to Japan. The whole process was incredibly seamless. Very easy to order and pay in yen and tracking the shipping was just so easy. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. Despite the fact that this was 100% my mistake, they rectified it at their expense and shipped me a new strap at no cost. They did not have to do this but they gained a customer for life. Thanks specifically to Josh P for making this happen.
I bought watch bands from them. The band themselves are very high quality; especially the leather ones with quick release are beautiful and very easy to install. My order via USPS took something of a detour (USPS was likely swamped around Xmas time), and Barton was incredibly helpful in tracking the package and resolving the issue. Highly recommended.
I have used Barton watch bands for s couple of years now The service is second to none and the support is excellent Even yhough they are located abroad you can be assured that the service and support is genuine and you can be confident in the quality of the products

The product hasn't arrived yet, but I had an excellent experience with Barton service/customer care before placing my order. Josh went above and beyond when the specific band and buckle combo I wanted was out of stock—he pointed me to the individual pieces and suggested a simple assembly would get me exactly what I was looking for. I didn't tell him I immediately ordered after our conversation, but he caught my order and reimbursed my shipping costs.. Truly outstanding customer service. Highly recommend!
The watch bands are great! Easy to put on and remove, making it great to vary the look of my watch. When an error occurred and I received the wrong size of bands, customer service (Joel specifically) could not have been more pleasant and helpful, with the replacement bands quickly en route. Even the follow up was remarkable. The band quality is great and they look beautiful on my watch.

I've purchased a ton of their products and the quality and price have been great, but where they really showed me how they shine was solving an issue with an error shipped to me. They solved it quickly, with no hassle to me AND they allowed me to keep the error items, virtually no questions asked. I was so impressed I bought another strap immediately. Their products are great, but the SERVICE alone is enough for me to keep buying from them.
Helpdesk support specialist (name Felix) made my week.I ordered a pumpkin orange watch band and sent it to incorrect adress abroad. I don't know how but when the order was sent back to US the support guy (thanks again, Felix) send the order to the correct adress at no additional costs. He was extremely fast and polite (and most important - efficient). Keep in mind I don't have an order for now, but I already have lots of positive vibes and gratefull for the service.
