They sold me a $2000 Samsung TV that worked for a year and then just died. It won't power on. Won't offer me any resolution or restitution. So if you want products that last for 1 year and then the company hangs you out to dry. Try this retailer.

Thank you for this survey as it will allow me to comment positively on my recent experience with Beach Camera…. I recently purchased an LG television from Beach Camera which was unfortunately delivered with a very small crack in the front glass which rendered the unit inoperable. This was not noticed until Renold connected me with a repair technician who discovered it. Unfortunately I had destroyed the packaging and could not return the unit. Renold guided me through the return process, much to my relief (great help).He then referred me to Bill who took exceptional time to help me with a replacement. As the LG units were out of stock, Bill suggested that I look another TV, this time a Sony which in his mind and now in my own, a better TV. Renold arranged a refund on the first unit and Bill upsold me (I am grateful for the upgrade) to the new unit and all has ended well.Not just well, but extraordinary good service!!!As I have established a great relationship from this experience, I will be looking to Beach Camera (I am a Sony camera fan and have need for some good glass) in the future.Overall, I would rate this experience an absolute 10!!! I am sorry to be out of TV for this extended period but will be very happy to receive a better unit than my initial order…Feel free to use any portion of this review in your marketing. Love this TV! The picture is bright, powerful, colorful, clear and realistic! So impressive as this is the first TV I have had to turn the brightness down and didn't have to boost the colors to the max like other sets I have owned! Simple to set up and appreciate the ability to turn off the high refresh rate options for things that don't actually require it!

Warranty Claim - Panasonic Television
Beach Camera did need approval from the manufacturer before handling the warranty claim. Panasonic television customer service is almost non-existent. One Beach got the approval they handled it very well and with courtesy by the Manufacturer Specialist(Reynold) at Beach Camera.

I was following the guidelines set by Best Buy to contact Beach Camera if I did not receive my Xbox Controller by a certain date. When I did, I received a VERY prompt and quick response from Mariz A. She reaffirmed that my order was in process and to give it 10 days before i responded back. Within a very short time, the USPS tracking number updated, and only a few days later I am setting up my controller. So i wanted to leave a positive review for Mariz A. and Erica P. for their help. The responses felt a little AI-generated, but regardless, it was all truthful and helpful. And i am very satisfied with my purchase.

Last month I purchased a renewed/refurbished soundbar from Amazon (Beach Camera is the seller). It arrived in better condition than I thought (I was initially concerned). So far, performance has been as good as new. A few weeks ago I noticed that a competitor was selling the same device for a notably lower price. I reached out to Beach Camera asking if there was any chance I could get a price match (especially since I was still in return window). Mariz promptly responded, requested additional information, which I provided, and elevated the request for review. It was approved (I'm very pleased). Thank you to Mariz and Beach Camera...hopefully this sound bar lasts a long time!
