We bought this to be able to use the app

Part of the reason why we bought this mattress pad was to be able to control it with the app. The app doesn’t have any mattress control only blankets and the blankets don’t work. We tried everything we could think of. The instructions are useless.

Abysmal Customer Service!!!

I bought a BR heated blanket with a 5 year warrantee. I tried to register it, 5 times but could not. I had to use the customer service line for those purchasing a product in order to speak to a human! She told me she registered my product, she even gave me a number. I was told I would get a confirmation email within 24 hours. A week later, it never came. I called customer service waited half an hour only to be told someone would call me back. Thus far, nada! I have read this business had poor customer service. I will never buy from them again.

Beatyrest mattress or Mattrass Firm

Mattress Firm or warranty Case# 04936336 was denied after five years of owning it with a 10 year warranty. Brand name is Beauty rest or Roxanne Plush mattress. Both Mattress Firm as a retailer, Beauty Rest brand now owned by Simmons is the worst company you can possibly work with!!! Don’t ever buy those products or work with these merchants our mattress firm retailer! They send me brand new warranty update claiming new warranty rules, which were never listed in the original when we bought it five years ago. This company is a scam!!!! they did not stand behind their product or its quality. Mattress itself has a foam, but after several years, it started sagging, caddying, we developedsevere back problems, and hip problems. My partner and I are athletic types very active with had no back issues until the product failed. After submitting a warranty claim, it was denied based upon companies statement that it’s a normal body impressions and printed into a top foam that bounces after you stand up. After submitting photos on their website we were denied, even though we only owned it for five years halfway through its warranty period. We spend over $4,500 dollars for King mattress and its supporting recliner pad. Do not buy their products and please share this with others who intend to buy a mattress firm or buy Beauty rest products. Total unethical and scam company! Adam Leishman in Minneapolis

My husband and I bought a beautyrest…

My husband and I bought a beautyrest mattress from Mattress Warehouse located in Rocky Mount NC. When we went there we had all intentions of buying a Sterns and Foster but after talking to the store manager and comparing the two we decided to get the Beautyrest. Best decision ever!! We did have a minor problem with the bed being a little too high for us because of health issues but Tim jumped right in and personally came to our home and lowered the base to make it better for us to get on. Tim’s knowledge of the bed and his excitement talking to us about all the functions it has made the sale so enjoyable. Tim is such a great salesman for your product and you can rest assure the other two bedrooms upstairs in our new home will have your mattress in them and no doubt Tim will be the only one we will deal with.

The Worst Mattress Experience Ever

We bought a mattess that was bad so the manager of Rooms to Go led us around to Beautyrest black. We thought it would be alright and added another $1,000 extra on our credit card. Well, it was absolutely the worst decision would could have made. P.S. three exchanges of the same mattress style later...ALL SAGGED WITHIN ONE WEEK TO A COUPLE OF WEEKS. ONE MATTRESS THE DELIVERLY MAN WOULDN'T EVEN PUT ON THE BED BECAUSE IT WAS SO BENT. HE TOOK IT AND BROUGHT IT BACK AND REPORTED IT TO THE STORE. We got another mattress I asked for a refund twice no they won't do that. We were stuck paying more money no way out. NO WAY OUT BUT I COULD GET A DIFFERENT BRAND AND NOT GET MY EXTRA $1,000 THAT WE ADDED TO OUR CREDIT CARD. This part is the best.... My husband is disabled in many ways ...was sitting in the car.... I was in the store ...they wanted to give me pillows and sheets to make up any difference. Finally, I broke down and cried and shook and they said o.k. they would give me $700 back. ALL BECAUSE YOUR MATTRESSES WAS A TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE MADE MATTRESS. THANKS FOR ALL THE STRESS BEAUTYREST. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND YOUR MATTRESS TO ANYONE.

Beauty Rest Royo Big And Tall Chair FAIL

If there is any office chair in existence where the cylinoid will not fail (where you have to keep putting the chair back up because it falls), it would be the Beauty Rest Royo Big And Tall Chair... After only 1 year this expensively overpriced chair has failed. - Peter Harlow

Around three year ago I bought a beauty…

Around three year ago I bought a beauty rest king size bed. I complained after the third day that it looks sagging and I wake up with bad back pain. They made me take 20 pictures. Nothing became of that. I even went to the brick on Merrillville where I purchased it and complained to them and the manager even told me that the springs are bad in those beds. I was surprised. He told me that and to call beautyrest . I tried to deal with The back pain every morning and all through the night. i wake up with severe back pain. The only relief I get is when I go to my cottage for the weekends and sleep there and have no back pain at all . The bed at my cottage is just a cheap regular bed that gives me a good night's sleep. They say 10-year warranty. Well there's no help at all. I need to buy a new bed but definitely will not buy that beautyrest ever in my life. They're not worth it. They're garbage. so if you don't want a severe back pain every morning and through the night. Don't buy this bed.

Low quality mattress sags fast

My Beautyrest GL6 and it developped a big sag in the middle after less than a year. Beautyrest refused to honor the warranty because the sag needs to be 1.5 inches without pressure (it's 1.2 inches currently).I'm definitely disappointed and would avoid Beautyrest entirely.

DO NOT PURCHASE A SERTA-SIMMONS MATTRESS

DO NOT PURCHASE A SERTA-SIMMONS BEAUTYREST MATTRESS!!! THE ONE WE PURCHASED ONLY 4 YEARS AGO FOR $2875+TAX NO LONGER PROVIDES THE SUPPORT IT SHOULD. NOW WE ARE SUFFERING WITH HEALTH ISSUES.HERE IS OUR STORY.We are a 66 year old retired but very active couple living in Calgary, Alberta. We purchased a king size Beautyrest mattress from Sleep Country in Calgary less than 4 years ago.For the past 1-2 years, we have seen our sleep quality deteriorate due to a breakdown in body support of this Imperial Baymore HL mattress for which we paid almost $3000. The mattress sits on a metal 5 point support frame and box springs which we also purchased from Sleep Country at the time. The mattress already provides so little support while we sleep that we wake up every morning with neck, back and hip aches. We are a very fit, young-bodied and active couple, so age has very little to do with our health issues. When we sleep in Hotels or other places, we wake very noticeably without the same problems. We submitted a warranty claim to Sleep Country (who process claims for Serta-Simmons Beautyrest) but they denied the claim stating that the bed issues are a result of "normal body impression that occurs with use". They made this decision based on photographic evidence I submitted. They state manufacturer's warranty will cover impressions over 1.5 inches. However, this warranty does not cover loss in actual support the mattress provides for your body. With no one lying on the bed, the impression is just about 1.5".However, while sleeping, the force of my 190lb body lying on the bed, plus body heat, causes sag of 5-6 inches - way more than is acceptable and comfortable in any sleeping position. I believe the combination of pillowtop compression and especially loss of support due to spring fatigue has created this deterioration and extremely uncomfortable sleep. A less than 4 year old bed should provide much more support and not have deteriorated in this manner so quickly. This is an engineering/design/spring material or possibly manufacturing defect in my opinion. We have owned many beds over our lifetime and have never had a bed break down as quickly as this. We have 2 other beds in our home that are much older but provide better support and sleep. We regularly retreat to those beds in the middle of the night so we can have a better rest. This is unacceptable. While lying on my back or front, my shoulders are curved forward or back, creating shoulder pain. As well, the curvature in my back is causing morning back and hip pain. I suffer with this every morning until I can stretch and get moving. My wife suffers in the same manner but tries not to complain. The pain lingers throughout the day and is getting worse. It is affecting any sports and active lifestyle plans we have. Due to the lack of support and body impression, my arms and hands even start to tingle due to blood loss since they are higher than my heart while sleeping.Side sleeping is even worse, a position I love to sleep in - my hips sink into the bed so far that it again creates back and hip pain at night and during the day.We have been telling our friends about this company's product defect and will continue to voice our complaints publicly.

I actually had a very nice warranty…

I actually had a very nice warranty replacement experience! My husband and I purchased our beautyrest mattress in 2019 from Conn’s. One year in it started to sag. I contacted Conn’s they set up for a third party company to come out to take measurements, the guy that came out said it wasn’t at 1.5 inches yet and to give it a few more months. Our 3rd year in I started having shoulder and back pain and decided to try it again. Conn’s just so happen to have started their closing all stores and bankruptcy the same week. I got the run around for days. Finally a lady from the store said to try going thru Simmons. I called spoke with a very nice lady who emailed me a link to start the process and said I would hear something back in 3-5 days. I filled out the online forms, took all the requested pictures and hit submit. Day 5 I got a email to send a proof of purchase cause what the store gave me wasn’t good enough. I called Conn’s 800 number and they emailed me all the purchase papers. Sent it back in. Another 4-5 days they responded and said that the mattress did show signs of defect and sent me a name of the replacement mattress that was similar to the mattress we had because ours was no longer available with the value of the replacement….and wanted to know if that mattress was fine and did I want to proceed. I decided to go with 2 twin XL mattresses instead since we had the 2 twin XL base and kept the total under the price they gave or you have to pay the difference. I sent in the request for the 2 twin and 3-5 days later I got the last email saying to call and complete the order. I then called to place the order with a $0.00 balance and was told someone would call within 3 days to set up delivery of the new mattress. Day 3 I got a text from RXO delivery to pick a day to schedule my appointment. Day of delivery the guys called with a timeframe, showed up on time, they took old mattress out and brought new mattresses in. My only complaint would be that the process is a email queue system so it puts you back at the bottom to get a response with every email until it’s time to place the order. Our warranty will not continue with the new mattresses because we chose something other than what they offered so it voids the rest of the warranty. I purchase 2 twin XL 3” mattress toppers for our new mattress because if anything sags from here on out it will be the $139 toppers and not $3000 for a new mattress. Overall experience I had was excellent!!!!

❌👎❌👎 I was thinking about buying a beautyrest black K-class firm pillow top mattress.Thank God I read reviews, also tried them in three different stores. And they all felt different in different stores. Some were a lot softer than others. For the money , they're a total RIP-OFF ANYWAY.Also I heard from someone that a mattress has over a 980 percent MARK UP. BASICALLY A MATTRESS THAT SELLS FOR OVER $4,000 THOUSAND DOLLARS.COST THE MANUFACTURE,A FREW HUNDRED dollars TO MAKE.AND MANUFACTURE,A TOTAL RIP-OFF, THE PROFIT MARGINS.ARE TOTAL INSANE,ON MATTRESSES.BUYING A MATTRESS IS A TOTAL RIP-OFF.THEN THE WORK MEN SHIP,AN QUALITY CONTROL IS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC,THEY DON'T OVER SEE HOW THEY ARE MADE, PLUS MATERIALS COST PENNIES ON THE DOLLARS, WHEN BOUGHT IN LARGE AMOUNTS.

This mattress is garbage and the warranty is worthless

We purchased a Beauty Rest ‘Harmony’ mattress. It’s less than 3 years old and is already breaking down.I sent many photos with my warranty claim showing where it has formed deep body indentations and the edge on one side is so deteriorated that it compresses to the bed frame. It’s a 12” thick mattress. What I now know is that this mattress is made from recycled plastic bottles. It’s absolute garbage, literally and figuratively. I filed a claim and Beauty rest will not honor it. Here is the response:“While I appreciate you taking the time to send us detailed photos, I do not see anything that qualifies for a warranty replacement. I wanted to encourage you to read through our warranty to see what is covered under the limited warranty.”

Poor quality mattress

I bought a Beautyrest mattress online. After 1.5 years the mattress had developed a big dip in the middle. I am 5' 10" tall and 130 pounds, so I am far from heavy or overweight. Their products are poor and they do not stand behind them. I am very disappointed and do not recommend buying their products.
