Bella Barnett has quality products. Excellent customer service . Gloria was very helpful. I sent an email the night before for a call back to their return email listed and I received an email that I will get a call in 72 hrs. I got a call from Gloria the next morning. Easy return process.
Excellent Customer Service! I don’t think I’ve ever experienced customer service like this. Fast, responsive, and solution driven. That’s how you do it. I certainly will be shopping from this site again. Shipping was fast, quality of dress was amazing, just too small. So they’re replacing it.
Quick response time to my request for a refund on a dress I received. ordered a size x-large received it and it did not fit me, I was super bummed because the make of this dress was incredible. I found out they had an XX Large so when Christine called me back about my refund she told me to keep my existing dress and she would send me a gift card via email to get the xxlarge plus 10% off. I definitely will be doing business with this company not only do they make beautiful dresses they care about their customers and their product.
If I could give this place less than a 1 I would. Terrible customer service and don’t bother trying to return the items that is not true to their size guide. You will get bullshit run around emails where they offer you other options but none that include your actually full refund. Absolutely nightmare.
