I've purchased a Benq TK710 projector and it's unable to reproduce blue colour when HDR signal is fed to it, basically everything blue becomes purple. This model also has the worst image noise I have ever seen in a projector, darker scenes are unwatchable due to visual artefacts dominating every shaded colour. The projector has been sent to Benq service partners in Romania and the official response is that it's normal and that's how the projector works. So i've spent 1500 euros on a projector that can't reproduce blue colour in HDR and it's "normal". Absolutely ridiculous Benq, I do not recommend this company to anyone, just keep away. Update: Benq's service partner in Romania updated the projector's firmware to v2.0 from v1.01 and the speckle issue has been improved close to perfection, enough that it's no longer an issue unless you get very close to the screen. HDR still problematic, with blue skies (for example) replaced by light purple. I've been also contacted by Benq themselves who have taken over the case. Currently waiting for their help. I'll update my review as the situation evolves, I'm pleased by Benq's efforts and attention to the matter. Final update: Situation has been resolved by Benq, I'm very pleased by the way they managed my case, a combination of physical intervention and clear communication. I now have an excellent projector with a jaw dropping image quality, very bright image, sharp, with eye popping colours, and it's amazing that such a small unit can look so good. Thanks Benq!
Had a very rare manufacturing faulty issue with my monitor, I found the website to make a request for a repair/refund and then proceeded to call the customer support line, the person on the support was super understanding and helped me with every step without any troubles and was also very patient. Same day I'm getting the replacement shipped out and going to return the faulty one to the UPS driver in exchange, keep in mind this all happened around 3 weeks after I already got the monitor.10/10 customer support and 10/10 monitor quality, very simple plug and play, best choice for aspiring competitors in gaming monitors for sure. Also always keeping up with the latest technology and every new monitor is always a noticeable improvement from the last
We have an old presentation screen that worked good, but the remote did not work anymore, we could not find an replacement anywhere but George did his best and found a replacement for us.
I had to cancel and reorder a product as I wanted to upgrade my original order. The ordering system doesnt not allow a cancellation of an order so it was a manual process via customer support which was handled very efficiently.
I first contacted 'Just Projectors' from where I purchased the projector, asking for repair locations / procedures. No reply - I have found it to be a company only interested in selling, not helping. Eventually located the BenQ website, and filled in the 'on line' form. It then took 6 e-mails and a 'web chat' to eventually obtain the necessary address and RMA number to enable me to return the projector to the UK service company. I have no complaint about the 'standard' of service, all my emails were promptly and politely responded to, but why, oh why is it not possible to put the UK service address clearly on the BenQ website, so a direct 'phone call / e-mail to them will allow an immediate return? I think that 8 days delay could have been saved...Just to update the review - the projector was returned, but failed to work with the Lamp LED illuminated. Further 'phone calls to the UK service agent resulted in incorrect information because they did not read the fault details. I removed the lamp access cover, and found that the lamp had one wire disconnected - it was a very loose connection, and should have never passed any QA inspection.

I bought a screen light pro and I am very impressed with the quality. Improved my office set up noticeably. One piece of equipment ( charger plug) was dysfunctional. One email to BenQ and everything was replaced the next day. I can recommmend this product and their customer service.
First time customer and last time customer.If you need a repair within the guaranteed period prepare to deal with absolutely atrocious customer support doing everything possible to stop you.Since providing all of the continuous list of things Hank in CS claims he needs, he has just completely ignored me and refused to reply.Hank seems to be there to confuse and make things as difficult as possible so you cant arrange a repair, and when he runs out of obstacles to provide, he just stops replying.This not how a reputable company behaves with its customers.
I would like to express my appreciation for the outstanding service provided by BenQ. Although the BenQ GR10 is not officially sold or shipped in the Netherlands, they kindly made an exception for me and arranged delivery anyway.I truly value the extra effort they put into this. It shows that BenQ genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile. The communication was clear, friendly, and fast, and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish.

I had a problem calibrating my 10-year-old BenQ monitor. I couldn't find a solution to the problem, so I contacted BenQ's customer service. Within approximately two weeks, the service provided me with software that allowed me to recalibrate my monitor. I'm very happy! BenQ has done a great job here! Keep it up!
