From their website, I ordered the ActiveErgo Anti-Fatigue Mat and I have received the product.It is of good quality and since I had got a discount, the price as well was quite reasonable. Since I need to stand for long hours as part of my tasks, this anti-fatigue mat would surely reduce my strain.
I got a great deal on a Herman Miller chair and the customer service via email was responsive and excellent. The delivery was quite speedy. Overall extremely satisfied. Highly recommend.

I bought a chair from these guys and was a little nervous as they sold refurbished Heman Miller chairs for half retail price. Usually, that's a scam! Instead, I received a nearly perfect condition chair, mostly assembled, in a box within one week! WOW! Working from home was a literal pain in the neck, and this company quickly fulfilled my order with a quality product, that was well packed and had a clear assembling guide. I had perfect desk posture 15 minutes after opening the box! Ahhh, relief!

I just bought a Herman Miller Aeron chairs without arms from Beverly Hills chairs. It arrived after about a week or so. UPS ground across the country. The box was a heavy duty box and it was packed pretty well. Two caster legs were poking a teensy bit out of the carboard, but were un-damaged. The chair needed very minor assembly, and they included the hex tool , which was a nice touch. The chair was very clean and was completely functional. There was a slight creaking noise as I adjusted it while sitting in it, and I realized that the plastic housing of the adjuster on the base had a small crack in it, and one of the tabs that holds the housing closed was broken off, so it didn't close completely and creaked noticeably when the chair was adjusted. Not a big problem at all, but I knew it would drive me nuts. I needed to snap it back together and then use some stiff wire to wrap around the housing tightly to hold it snugly together. The wire I used was black steel and you can't see it at all. I'm giving this chair 4 stars instead of 5 because I needed to tinker with it a little to make it perfect. But it is perfect now. This is for my home office during covid. I've got the same chair at work and have had it for a decade or so, so I know it's an outstanding chair. Took me 6 months in my old crappy chair to realize this covid thing will last a while and I might as well get a real chair. I would recommend ordering a chair from Beverly Hills Chairs.

We worked with Greg Falk to purchase a total of 12 chairs for two of our West Coast offices. The service was great and Greg was super responsive to my emails with questions. The real test of their service was after the sale, however, when 1 chair broke about 6 months later. I contacted Greg and he sent a replacement right away. He even checked in one month later to make sure everything was OK with the new chair. All future purchases will definitely go through Beverly Hills Chairs from now on - it's so hard to find service like that!
