The mods are a joke, They troll you, then call you a troll. Many of the people there have no clue about football, they go on and on about statistics, analyse meaningless crap.The worst mod is "soccernutter". Yeah, guess what she is like. Very mentally unstable person. They have a MASSIVE politics section that gets more posts than most of the football sections and it's 99% rabid Biden fanatics who seem to not care that their country is going down the toilet. Not worth using if you are a football lover, it's basically a forum for people who have a rudimentary grasp of the game and want to argue with you on a personal level. Avoid.

I discovered this site not to long ago. When you see that some of it's members have been around since the 90's, you just begin to realize how strong this community has become. Now there are a few annoying posters, but they can and some have been taken care of.

I have been a member for nearly 6 years now. There are a lot of people who are knowledgeable and are fun to talk to.
I really loved the new re-design that the site underwent a few months ago. Good people, good interface and excellent footballing discussions. Bigsoccer is the place to be.

A few nasties on here but for the most part everyone is decent and knowledgeable
I have enjoyed this site immensely except where those few nasties are involved. I would prefer greater controls on what are for the most part anonymous comments posted by coaches' and players' detractors. I actually have made "acquaintances", with whom I would connect when I was where they were. Fun.

It truly has something for everyone and the discussion board is amazing with so many knowledgeable and experienced soccer folks willing to share and help, and it is well moderated and rarely gets off track.

I've been posting in bigsoccer for over a decade. The site is huge and has a good range of users, from neophytes to experts. A lot of players skim through the boards and occasionally interact. Nearly all the media go through it also and certainly get the seed of some their articles there. Forum moderation styles also have a good range from none to strict. There's a lot of good stuff being posted whatever your style or experience level.
