Avoid at All CostsMy experience with Bluehost has been nothing short of a catastrophic failure, and I feel a strong obligation to warn other potential customers. This company operates with a level of unprofessionalism that is, frankly, staggering.The core of the problem is their fundamental inability to manage basic email infrastructure. For a significant period, I have been unable to send emails to Gmail and Yahoo addresses—two of the most common email providers globally. While my email service functions perfectly with all other domains, Bluehost's servers or protocols are clearly misconfigured or blacklisted, causing critical communications to fail .When I contacted their support team for assistance, I was met with an utterly useless and insulting experience. Instead of conducting a competent review of my account, their agents resorted to ignorant, baseless lies, attempting to blame the issue on me or my setup. It is painfully evident that they cannot be bothered to thoroughly read a case file, as doing so would immediately expose their own massive configuration errors and horrendous lack of care .This pattern of blaming customers for the provider's own failures is a hallmark of a deeply dysfunctional organization. They are either incapable of diagnosing their own system-wide issues or are simply too incompetent to fix them. My time and business have been held hostage by their technical failures and their support team's infuriating refusal to take accountability .The problem is entirely on their end. Instead of having agents who point fingers with ignorant lies, they need to fix their broken protocols and stop blaming everyone else for their own incompetence. This company is a toxic investment for anyone who requires reliable service . Do not make the same mistake I did. Look elsewhere for a host that actually understands professionalism and customer service.
