Goong Pao was putrid
We recently ate here for a family birthday, and although many of those who attended had eaten here previously and thought it was fabulous, I have a different opinion!Starter was OK, I had the Paper Prawns, but I've eaten nicer from the freezer selection at asda. The main meal was utterly disgusting. I absolutely DO NOT recommend the Goong Pao. Yuck - the King Prawn was supposed to be charcoal grilled, yet it was stone cold, when I asked the waitress if something was wrong, she said it was supposed to be like that - well trust me, it shouldn't be! The THREE King Prawns I actually received smelled and tasted like stale fish food, so the fact that I had hardly any food didn't matter because I wasn't going to eat any more of it - it was putrid; and the sweet chilli dip literally came out of a jar, with a small cup size of sticky rice. Boring, bland, utter waste of hard earned cash.Others' actually did enjoy their food, but I would never eat there ever again. I would never recommend eating there either.Service was haphazard, room was freezing, water was cold in the bathroom to wash your hands - I was very disappointed with our celebratory meal.

Very poor quality food and insultingly small portionons.
We ordered a takeaway from here on Friday 26/02/21. We ordered 2x mains, 2x sides and 1x fish cakes starter. We received 4 prawns, a little piece of fish, a bit of boiled rice and 4 tiny fish cakes (the kind sold in frozen bulk at asian supermarkets). Not only was this an insulting small amount of food, it was very poor quality and barley warm when it reached us. I have eaten a lot of Thai food, from a lot of restaurants both in the UK and when I lived in Thailand. This is by a wide margin the worst food in terms of both quantity and quality I have come across. I have included a picture of one of the mains for reference. After opening my order and trying a bit, I called to complain to see if an amicable solution could be reached, as any reputable restaurant would aim to ensure they were providing a good service. Not this place, they just told me it wasn't their problem and I should take it up with UberEats and PayPal, as if I had ordered directly from them I wouldn't have had to pay £45.00 for disappointing food (this is literally what they told me). Avoid like the plague!

Gorgeous, fresh and flavoursome
We don't normally go for Thai food but we wanted a change from our usual and this place was recommended to us. Blue Sapphire is a restaurant but you can order a delivery as well. It came on time and I can honestly say the food was fresh and full of flavour, really tasty! I have raved on about it to everyone that will listen! Prices are on the dearer side but the quality is well worth it and we will be returning soon :)
