Scam!!

Scam!!! Received defrosting tray product and it did NOT work. Fell for it on instagram, but if you look at their site it’s pretty clear they are a total scam!

Great product, great service

I can’t explain all the one star reviews, but I can explain my five star review.I’ve seen many ads for Blue Spatula, but the price point..no thanks. Recently though the sets went on sale and I bought Six Sets!..yes, six…saving them for gifts!I ordered on a Thursday evening, paid for, and submitted. I received an email confirmation immediately.Sunday I received a shipping notification and I received them on the followingThursday. One week from start to finish.Not a single hiccup or problem.The set is actually quite nice, there’s nothing flimsy about the spoons or spatulas. The container is plastic, but that was expected. The handles are solid wood, and they wash and dry beautifully in the dishwasher.I’ve used the spatula and one of the spoons. They weren’t stained by the spaghetti sauce, nor did they retain any odors.All in all, a very good experience.

Total scam,I bought the defrosting…

Total scam,I bought the defrosting plate, and yes it melts an ice cube fast but not the meat! Please do not waste your money on them! They would not refund my moneys they sent me a gift card to use for something else, which is all stuff I don't even need.I called my credit card company to see about disputing the charge, and they gave me a number to call firsthand the guy on the other end said he is the owner of Bluespatula,and how did i get his number! That was a red flag number one that its a scammer

They with not do a refund whether it works right or not. It melted a ice cube fine but I put 2 chicken breast on and there was no change in 25mins Posted reviews on Facebook and they deleted and blocked me lol.

I also purchased two of these!

I also purchased two of these defrosting plates and they do no work! To return the unused one I have to pay shipping . Why should I pay for their no goo product I am returning!!! Please don’t buy from Blue Spatula. You have been notified that they are a scam company!

I ordered 2 of the defrosting trays

I ordered 2 of the defrosting trays. They did not work. When I contacted them for a refund, I was told I would need to take a 10 minute video of the item not working! I refused and the discussion went downhill from there. DO NOT order from this company. Total SCAM!

Scammers

Ordered April 26th. Item took 8 weeks to get here and was not as advertised. Tried to contact them about the missing pieces multiple time. Very shadey business STAY CLEAR!

Ordered and paid for item on 17 March - it's now 03 June and I'm still waiting

Ordered item on 17 March, chased on 02 May as not received. Was advised it was on its way and delayed by COVID (by 6 weeks?!). Chased again on 19 May, advised this time that it had "gone" missing" and another item had been sent. Still nothing. Chased yet again on 01 June, requesting a refund. Absolutely zero response.

I ordered from this company on March 13th. In May I emailed them they said it was lost and they would send another order. Still have not received anything from them.Finally received my order today. Have not used it yet. Was stuck in. China until June 10th.

Do not order from this company! They are a scam!

I placed an order over a month ago and still haven’t received anything. I contacted customer service and they told me that my items are delayed, but they couldn’t give me a reason why! One of the tracking numbers isn’t even real! I just opened a claim with PayPal. Blue Spatula is a SCAM!

I ordered the spatulas over a month ago and still haven’t received them. First time I have ever been burned on an online order. They take down the critical reviews because they only want the nice ones on there and who knows if those are legitimate. The delivery date keeps getting pushed out farther every time I check the order tracking. From April to June! Will never order another thing from this company! Beware. All I want is what I ordered and PAID for!!!It is now June 12th and still no spatulas. There is no where to get reviews about their company on their website. Keeps shuffling you around.

Horrible company and never received my…

Update: Horrible company and never received my order, it's been over a month. They sent me a fake tracking number then said the package was lost and they were replacing it. I asked for that tracking number and they stopped responding. I created a social media page to warn people since they blocked me from posting comments on and IG and have had numerous people tell me my page/warning stopped them from ordering from this scam company. I know that seems excessive but I'm so pissed and don't want these scammers to receive another penny from an innocent, hardworking person.They also have a lawsuit against their company Quebec Inc. So sketchy. I'm pretty sure they're operating under multiple names on social media since there is virtually NOTHING online about this company.

I placed an order with this company on…

I placed an order with this company on March 9, 2020. I have yet to receive my order. I have sent numerous emails asking where my order is and they say it is on the way. They promised it would be here by May 5. It was not! Now they just ignore my emails. I repeatedly ask where this company is located and they do not answer me. On Facebook you read all these glowing comments about the company which must be false. If I try to leave a comment it is impossible!! What is up with this company? Something should be done!

Bluespatula - avoid at all costs

My wife purchased an item from these guys. 8 weeks later and no item received despite contacting them twice and being told to wait a couple more weeks. Tracking number was false, have had to raise a complaint with PayPal to get our money back. Please don’t get caught out like my wife did, this is a scam company. Do not buy off social media before thoroughly checking them out first. If I could give zero stars then I would. Avoid at all costs.
