I bought a new couch, about 3 weeks ago, the electric does not work, I called 3 times they keep on giving me the run around! BUYER BEWARE!
Pascale was professional, respectful, and kind. She quickly found a response to my question and was very patient as I sent pictures via email. I am impressed regarding the immediate handling of this issue as oppose to waiting and receiving emails back and forth which can often be long and drawn out.
Ordering the TV was easy, their delivery service though is horrible. I'm still waiting for a TV that was out for delivery 4 days ago. That's unacceptable!!

I ordered a set of washer and dryer from BrandsMart USA, Dania, Fl, and delivery was set up for 12 days later. On the day prior to delivery I received a call with confirmation of the delivery. 4 hours later, I received a text from the sales rep saying rep saying that my washer is out of stock. I spend over 4 hours in BrandsMart store in Dania on the following day, taking to store assistant manager George, store manager Patrick and appliance department manager Robert. No one could tell me how it possible that purchased by me two weeks ago washer was sold out. I was told that I will receive the call on following Wednesday, informing what washer and dryer are in stock, who will be delivering ( distribution center center of the model machines from the store) and when. As you can guessed, no one called, texted or sent me an email with updates. Multiple calls later, just to be passed from one person to another asking to hold, I received no help. Avoid buying from BrandsMart USA since they do not know how to have a professional business, provide quality services. Brandsmart USA could only sell you a headache for your money!

The salesperson was great.The delivery timing is horrible! We were advised the day before saying delivery was between 3 and 6pm.Well, then in the tracking info they say 1 to 1½ hrs later than that. So the person I had waiting left for a while. Guess what. Once he left I receive a phone call with a machine saying they were specifically 19 mins away. So my helper turned back. It's been 45 mins and they haven't arrive!They make you waste SO much time waiting. Then if you're not there when they arrive who knows what they'd do!HORRIBLE time management with delivery.

I called to get a receipt from a previous charged and was emailed the wrong information. I called back and your rep' Lisa Horowitz was so pleasantly nice and patient. She could not provide me with what at needed at that specific time and said she would call me back. Lisa called me back to tell me that she was working on a solution and would make sure I had what i needed as she was not working the following day! I received exactly what i need later that evening thanks to Lisa Horowitz !!!
How this store is in business. I’ll never know. My “ salesman “ so called … had no clue what he was talking about. Did not follow and meet my demands. Then they couldn’t find the television remote for the one I was interested in salesman says. You have 15 days if you don’t like. I can bring it back. Seriously ? I want to see what I’m buying. Adding wood to the fire. The manager was getting in front of the customers about the remotes. Soooo unprofessional. I left. What a waste of time. Never again.

I purchased a sofa online from BrandsMart that was listed as available. After completing the purchase, I was later informed that one of the pieces had already been discontinued. Now, two months later, they canceled part of my order.The worst part is that I had already gotten rid of my old sofa based on this purchase. Now I’m left with neither the old sofa nor the new one.This situation could have been avoided with accurate inventory information and better communication. Very disappointing experience.
