In my personal experience, this company raised serious concerns regarding the handling of my personal data, particularly in relation to GDPR requirements. Throughout my interactions, I did not feel confident that my information was being managed securely or professionally.When I questioned how my data had been used, the explanations I received did not reassure me. In my view, the responses lacked clarity and did not address the key issues I had raised. This left me uncertain whether proper data-handling procedures were being followed.A particularly troubling part of my experience was receiving documents that appeared to contain another person’s sensitive personal information. To me, this felt like a potential breach of confidentiality and raised further doubts about the company’s internal controls and overall GDPR awareness.When I attempted to escalate my concerns, I did not feel that the matter was taken seriously. From my perspective, the company did not accept liability for what had happened, nor did I feel they acknowledged the impact the situation had on my trust or peace of mind. The communication I received left me feeling unsupported and frustrated.Based on my personal experience, I left feeling extremely uneasy about the company’s approach to data protection, accountability, and customer care. I would encourage others to carefully consider whether they are comfortable with the organisation’s standards of professionalism and GDPR compliance.

They suck.
As far as I'm aware this just may be par for the course with all commercial solicitors but - Information that was already made apparent to me was regurgitated back.It was fairly obvious from early on they organise their practice just to juice AS MUCH money out of you as possible (for which you are required to deposit around £700) of in order to START recieivng their supposedly professional advice.I gave them a second chance by trying a different solicitor under the same firm for a DIFFERENT matter, and he didn't even reply back to my email response after a 20 minute phone conversation (in which that was part of our agreed plan proceeding forward).They are glorified document stampers and I would strongly warn against ANYONE having any expectations of them being good for anything other than exactly that.Oh and don't be surprised if they spend a lot of time "out of the office on holiday".

we were recommended this solicitor. All was OK, until I spoke to giovanna for the first time for an update. Her tone was rude and patronising. Told me it takes 2 days to answer emails. I found her very difficult to speak too due to her manner. Within a few weeks, she eventually told myself and my brother she didn't want to speak to us, only my son. Enquiries took almost a week to deal with. At one point, a restriction was found, which took 4 days to come back, but was for the wrong house! The whole process took nearly 6 months, for which we did most of the research. The toll it took on my health was difficult. Wouldn't recommend this company, and definitely not the solicitor.
