Brevo is my new superpower
As support staff for an MP, I like the way the interface is organized; it's easy to follow and find what you're looking for. The desktop vs. mobile phone preview of email templates is SUPER helpful - I've tweaked image sizes before sending out a campaign. Scheduling an e-blast works perfectly. The brand library really helps with consistency, and the editing features make it fun and easy to design a custom email. I’d love to setup a second brand library if it is possible in the future.

Unhelpful and slow customer service
Their customer service is terrible. They will give you the same copy and paste answers that aren’t helpful again and again. I exchanged 20 messages with them over 16 days trying to resolve an issue. It was clear no one was taking the time to understand what I was asking. Because of the plan I’m on (which still costs hundreds of dollars a year), there is no way for me to speak to someone live and I had to wait 24 hours for a reply which ruined a campaign we had planned to send out. Regretting my decision of switching to Brevo. A little over a month in and this experience has been so disappointing.

I had a very positive experience with Brevo support. Even on a free account, my technical issue (domain authentication, DKIM/DMARC) was handled patiently and professionally.The support agent took the time to clearly explain what needed to be checked, provided screenshots, and followed up until everything was correctly configured. Communication was friendly, clear, and efficient.I really appreciated the level of support — it gave me confidence to continue using Brevo for both marketing and transactional emails.

Comprehensive and User-Friendly!
Aside from the 'Free Usage Plan' being practically the best all-around, the overall interface for newsletter construction is intuitive, fast to learn, and user-friendly. The management of email contacts and corresponding marketing campaigns is equally comprehensive, and I haven't even ventured into the more complex features used by larger corporations... Love it! My 5-star rating for today!

Been using Brevo for years for my transactional emails, but just moved over for my newsletters as our other platform was getting too expensive and they recently "updated" their builder, which oddly enough is less flexible. Brevo has by far one of the best newsletter builders out there. without a doubt. glad we made the move.

Disappointing experience with Brevo.
Disappointing experience with Brevo.Our account was initially suspended after a first campaign due to bounce rate. We followed the required self-service steps and successfully revalidated the account ourselves. After this, we opened a support ticket purely to understand what had triggered the suspension, how to avoid it happening again, and what would happen to the 1,000 email credits that appeared to have been used.During the discussion, we explained our contacts were legitimately collected through customers, enquiries, and trade shows. We were told revalidation had been completed correctly, but the conversation later shifted to requiring individual proof of opt-in for every contact under their anti-spam policy.Because part of our database originates from offline B2B interactions, we asked how such evidence could be shared without potential data protection concerns. This was never answered and, despite the original suspension being resolved, the account was closed during the discussion. Questions about credit usage and delivery metrics also remained unanswered.Our attempt to raise a formal complaint to get our questions answered via phone resulted in a follow-up ticket, but we were then told it would be handled within the same thread - which continued to be managed solely by the same agent. The final response stated: *“Your email has been noted… Your methods of contact collection do not meet our terms and conditions… No amount of back and forth will change this… this ticket is going to be closed.”*Overall, this felt less like a collaborative compliance process and more like a procedural shutdown. Businesses using CRM or offline consent sources should be aware that although Brevo’s terms reference proof of opt-in, they do not clearly explain what form this evidence must take or how it can be provided safely without risking conflicts with data protection obligations.

Brevo is a solid service for handling your marketing emails and much more. The tech support is fast and good. Making a marketing email is fast and easy. They have more features than I have had a chance to explore. Try it. I have used SendinBlue, now Brevo, for many years now.
